Good software is durable. Here's an quick example of what that means, at an interface level. In X, you can choose a custom emoji reaction. The popover looks like what I expect, but it does not work like I expect. I want to use the ‼ emoji, so the first thing I try is obviously '!'. No results. The sum of a million little papercuts like this means X feels like broken software, not well designed or made. Which is a shame, because it's a brilliant product and network.

The past year has seen me have a renaissance, in the truest sense… I won’t go into details now but will at some point before long. What has brought so much happiness to my life and those around me this past year has been my falling back in love with sport. Cycling has, and always will be, my number one. Yet I’d forgotten that I simply love sport, not for results but for the sheer joy of doing it, I’d completely forgotten that the health of my mind is intrinsically connected to the health of my body. I’ve rediscovered the love I had for sport that existed before the world of professional cycling took over in the way it did. I’ve been pushing myself and trying new things this past year, indifferent to the results, just out having fun and at times going deeper than I thought I was capable of anymore. Last week I got on a TT bike for the first time in a decade, Factor Bikes built me a bike, I’ve been looking at it for two years and decided it was time to get fitted, getting back on it felt like going home. Anyway, the long and the short of this is that it’s inspired me to create a club to inspire and be inspired. A community for us to share our love for getting out there and doing it, because I’ve realized that although I spend most of my sporting life on my own I derive the most pleasure when feeling part of something. It’s in its early days, I’ve called it Sporting Club CHPT3 aka SCC3, I’d love you to check it out and join. It’s still in its infancy, but I hope it’s going to grow into something that will inspire you as much as me.

I see a lot of people commenting without even reading the caption or checking who I am. I’m a professional stunt rider, a movie stunt double and a content creator. I play characters, I create staged scenes because that is literally my job. Everything is planned, supervised and controlled. But even with all that, some people still rush into the comments to throw insults without understanding what they’re actually watching. Before getting angry, judging or making accusations, take a few seconds to look into what you’re seeing. It avoids a lot of unfairness and it shows respect for the people who spend time and energy creating entertaining content. And everything here is real work. It’s real riding, real effort and hours of preparation. There is never any artificial intelligence in my videos. I don’t blame anyone, but I kindly remind you to be careful with what you think you’re seeing before judging, because reality is not always what it looks like.

Europe is quietly becoming what the United States once promised the world. More and more people are looking at their best years ahead and choosing a place where everyday life is designed to work. Where the future feels stable enough to plan for. Where safety is not a luxury product. Where you can build a good life without gambling your health, your family, or your dignity on one bad month. hot take? #VCTAmericas 1) this is incredibly disrespectful to the sport, to the viewers, to the opponents and to the tournament organisers and should not be allowed by RIOT in the first place to jump off like that to deny a round. Maybe it is actually not allowed and if thats the case, ENVY should be fined. But if this is actually allowed or wasnt predicted by RIOT in the first place, thats on RIOT. I spoke about this potential problem out loud on day 1 of Abyss release. 2) i understand that this negates C9 of getting 1000 creds and 5 orbs for killing the ENVY players BUT i think this is literally trolling/throwing a round by ENVY. In VALORANT every round is winnable, every round is doable and you just robbed your team off that chance. Not only that, LEV didnt have to use a single utility piece to win this round which saves shitton of cash, and didnt have to rebuy any shields. Anyone who knows me on this platform knows I have opinions and political views, and I’m not afraid to share them. That said.. I’ve managed to navigate this incredibly toxic corner of x for a long time without lowering myself to swearing at people or hurling abuse. I understand people get frustrated and slip up from time to time. We’re all human. But for the most part.. I’ve found Reform supporters and members willing to have civil discussions.. even when they strongly disagree. The level of toxic abuse I’ve received from a large part of the Restore community has genuinely made the left look like kittens. For the love of God, people.. remember your age and act accordingly. This childish behaviour is beneath us. If you’re Reform, remember what sets us apart. Debate in good faith. Treat people with dignity. And if someone can’t do the same.. don’t sink to their level. Just block them and move on.

Has been a while since I've given an update so here's a breakdown of where Sappy is at right now and what we're focusing on going into this year. Pre-amble: With altcoins & NFTs the market is definitely not the same as it was before. I think this is obvious to everyone but I've noticed there are still japanese soldiers that are convinced old tricks and mechanics work. They don't. Liquidity is thin; people want to bid assets that feel like "real companies" not vacuous memecoins. There's still room for memecoins, social currencies, and "utility tokens" (I would say without these functions, tokens are hard to justify versus equities). I'm not part of the camp that thinks there will never be hyperspeculation in crypto again, because there will be; we all love ponzis and PvPing each other onchain. Just not with solved games -- people need something new and fresh. So the overarching plan is to continue building for users, sustainable revenues that aren't tied to directly to crypto, and doubling down on the areas that we've already found PMF / Brand Market Fit. Then leaning into crypto during cyclical periods where liquidity is sloshing around at an accelerated rate. Where we've found early PMF / what we're leaning into: Roblox: we're going to continue to go hard and accelerate here. It's our main objective to ship more seal/brainrot focused games across most genres to cast as wide of a net as we can for the brand, and to also iterate and see what works and stays sticky. Our initial incursion into Roblox was very successful peaking at 2M+ MAU and still sustaining a large portion of that player base... for all of its success, that was a relatively amateur first attempt; we've been setting up better AI pipelines for Roblox development that makes it reasonable to ship many more games and 10x those player counts in totality. It's my belief that Roblox is the sandbox whose audience will be the most valuable on the internet once they are grown up. That intense feeling you get when you see a TikTok referencing an old game you enjoyed on the PS2 or the Gamecube, or when you see a Pokemon card is the exact same feeling the youth of today will get when reminiscing on the things they enjoyed engaging with when they were younger. Fortnite and Roblox are functional equivalents to the old school consoles and exactly where that is taking place. Which is why as much as I care about scaling revenues through Roblox, the long term brand equity gained purely through being popular on the platform is totally invaluable. It also can heavily convert to merchandise sales today if all touchpoints for the brand are dialed in (which is why brands get overcharged so much by Roblox dev shops for the same ROI that only cost us a few thousand $). We have the playbook, it's just about iterating new concepts and then aggressively scaling. Brand Expansion & Merchandising: I've started to create a content pipeline that is easily repeatable, cost efficient (costs next to nothing through either AI or smart reusable concepts), while still being very tasteful and meeting our quality standards for the brand. We are mostly focusing here on reaching people where they're at through nostalgic/emotional content, or just being visually stimulating through carefully curated aesthetics. Content that isn't superficial and touches people in a memorable way. I've attached some examples to the post so you can see what I mean rather than just read it. I don't think it's long until larger brands start doing this at scale, but it's always good to be ahead of the curve and most importantly winning on taste -- knowing what will resonate with people and what won't has always been our edge. The purpose for these accounts is not only to rack up attention but also to begin converting those into sales of both of physicals (plushies & gacha collectibles) and digital avenues like our games, and any other apps we produce. Because they're offshoot accounts it's also a lot easier to be aggressive/experimental with said conversion strategies. Sappy Studio: I'm wrapping everything like Omnia, and everything else into this category because they're all tangentially related. Beginning with Omnia, our current focus is gearing up for Season 0 which involves players competing in the ranked ladder for a prize pool that has rewards through Monad Momentum as well as a player-funded prize pool. This season will be fairly simple with us mostly logging retention, deck building habits, as well as qualitatively observing how aggressively players push the combat system. Deeper monetization wont exist yet outside of the player buy-in (to be eligible for P2E rewards). Beyond that our overarching principle this year is to focus heavily on risk-to-earn mechanics where a portion of that excess value is circular i.e. revenues flow back to prize pools or other parts of the economy, treating the game almost like a protocol where the objective is to amass TVL or player liquidity. Social is also a big focus, and that means implementing the Open World hub which from an infrastructure perspective has already been built out and tested by all of you previously. Right now we are scaffolding the environment in 3D and working through how that hub should look and feel, so players are excited to hang out & idle together while they're queuing. For sappydotlol, what I'm about to say is still early days from a design perspective so a lot can change, but I'm pushing the site in the direction of being a virtual game console. An intersection between Nintendo & Myspace where users can play, trade, and socially interact in a way that's deeply personalised; a breathe of fresh air from the hostility of the current internet. If you go back to my thesis on Roblox above and the game console references, you can kind of see how this will all sequentially tie together. In essence, the strategy is to acquire a critical mass of players through traditional platforms like Roblox, and use that attention and trust to provide an onboarding funnel for web2 users into our own sandbox filled with a mixture of our own browser-based experiences as well as an aggregation of others. The aim is to make the platform a breath of fresh air & bunker from the enshittified platforms like TikTok/IG/X where users are actually served in ways that delight rather than agitate, and where self-expression is incentivised. Closing: As always everything here is subject to change but I've never felt more conviction in our direction until now; I know exactly what we need to do and how, with everything aligning with our team's strengths. Very excited and grinding through things to the point where I'm getting headaches and can't sleep from being hyperfocused for long periods of time lol. There probably has never been a better time to join the ecosystem from a price to fuck around and find out perspective.

It pains me to know that the belief is that a therapist role is to "validate". I do not validate. If you are with me in a clinical setting and what you're saying doesn't make any damn sense, I'm going to have you walk me through it. What I've discovered is that a lot of the dysfunction people have is that they've never articulated their beliefs and so have no idea how absurd they are. Simply going through the exercise of having to explain yourself can be deeply rewarding. It's something we call "accountability". You literally account for yourself. Sure, I've had some female clients chimp out and flee never to be seen again at their first contact with a mirror. I've had many others weep openly that actually being held psychologically. One I will never get out of my mind was a wonderful 30-something year old woman who cried and said, "I have been in therapy for 7 years. Why has nobody ever challenged me and help me see that I'm the one causing all this shit?" That's an important question. And it's crucial that if you see a therapist, you don't see a charlatan. You can tell the good ones by their headgear.

What I've discovered is that a lot of the dysfunction people have is that they've never articulated their beliefs and so have no idea how absurd they are. Simply going through the exercise of having to explain yourself can be deeply rewarding. It's something we call "accountability". You literally account for yourself. Sure, I've had some female clients chimp out and flee never to be seen again at their first contact with a mirror. I've had many others weep openly that actually being held psychologically. One I will never get out of my mind was a wonderful 30-something year old woman who cried and said, "I have been in therapy for 7 years. Why has nobody ever challenged me and help me see that I'm the one causing all this shit?" That's an important question. And it's crucial that if you see a therapist, you don't see a charlatan. You can tell the good ones by their headgear.

We are already at war. Not with rifles or tanks, but with replacement. This is conquest by other means, through the slow erasure of a people who no longer recognize they are being conquered. That is why I write—to remind my people that we are not living in peace, but in the midst of a war waged without banners. The invasion is not declared with armies but with flights and boats, birthrates and welfare rolls. It is demographic warfare, calculated, continuous, and increasingly irreversible. A people, and a civilization, does not need to be burned to the ground to fall. It only needs to be replaced. Throughout the Western world, we are witnessing not mere immigration but a deliberate population transformation, one that has been rationalized by moral cowardice and enforced by political elites who have long since abandoned the idea that their nations belong to their people. What you mock as conquest is already underway, and unlike the conquests of old, it comes with the full consent of those in power. But I do not write in surrender. I write as a warning, as an act of resistance. My writing is meant to exhort and to enliven, to reawaken what has been buried beneath shame and silence. It is a summons to remember, to reclaim, and to rebuild. We are in an existential struggle, not only for our land, but for our survival, and thus for the future itself. Been wandering around Dallas for 2 years without a car, basically living on savings. I’ve made like not even 20,000 in over 2 years, but actually I’ve never felt better about myself in my life. (Don’t tell my Mom she’ll worry) But I don’t care. I’m lost in the forest and I don’t even know what’s going to happen. My lease is up in 3 months and I don’t even have proof of income to move anywhere. I’m trusting everything will happen exactly how it’s supposed to Been doing the yoga @yogazama consistently and I’m telling you I’m living proof it works, I quite literally feel like a snake shedding its skin. Come check it out here plus all the classes are great. My last download I want to share is that I remember why we are here. Look at a sunset, a leaf, a creek, a body of water. Touch the nature. Look into the clouds. That experience, That’s the REAL YOU. I remember being in my 1st grade class seeing pictures of people around the world holding hands in peace, love, unity and respect. Then you grow up and wonder what the hell is happening in this world? People are stressed from working 24/7 plus all the other mistreatment. I’ve made my mistakes too we all have and will continue to make mistakes. BUT I remember that we are supposed to give more than we receive. I remember that we are supposed to lend a helping hand to all. I remember that we are supposed to love each other thru our differences, I know that we are all ONE. I remember that we are here to bring HEAVEN to EARTH. We just released a new marketing site and I wanted to talk through some of the changes that we made and why. Design thinking is the other side of the feed, it's usually more nuanced than the flashier parts and typically doesn't hold up as well to a quick scroll. Doesn't bode well for this thread! But, this will be my attempt to talk through the changes made and why. First up, this is our new hero. At Loops.so, our goal right now is to be the only platform you need to email your users The H1 matches that intention and the subheader reinforces it. We also wanted it to be clear we ship fast and often, so we added a pill showing the latest featured changelog. Agents are part of how people build software today, so we wanted to give that the second most important placement on the page, right after signup. Finally, the logo strip should not distract too much, but it should still help people understand these are users, not just logos. So we added the date of first payment from Stripe next to each logo. Next up, more things!

Here is a drill to help you learn what it feels like to use the ground and start to sequence effectively. Notice how the club is setup in the video between my feet. Get to your back swing and jump favoring your lead foot left and laterally like I am. With that feeling step in and hit one. Not where you are pushing off from when you swing and try and get that into a feeling that makes sense to you. This is how power is created in the golf swing. This is also where physical limitations can show up.

I mean you do have a very good point, however I hope you can understand where I come from. (Sorry I’m advance for the long tweet back) This is exactly what I use to do when I was their age. We didn’t have the luxury of an independent scene we do now and even if we did I was 14 years old, I was only allowed to go to a training school to learn the basics. But I had an enormous passion for the business & if I wasn’t allowed to work shows I’d do it myself. - and I’d argue that because of this I had a head start on a lot of the people I trained with when I finally turned 18 From there I’ve been lucky enough to have the support of friends, peers & fans to push me into what I am today. The fact I’ve still had that same style for now 17 years and this is my first surgery, I think I’ve looked after my body. Think about it 17 years this is my first major injury. You think this is stupid, I would say it’s equally as stupid as to fall off a scaffolding breaking both your legs. And while I’m sure there’s a few people that wished you landed on your head, I for one hope you’re doing well & not in too much pain from your injury. But to me, it showed the care that you have for the industry at that time. I see myself in these guys that are finding any outlet to do what they love. Their bumps are solid & basing is great. Like I said I understand there is a level of danger doing this so I hope none of them get hurt but I can’t help but root for these guys and hope I one day see them in a ring. Once again sorry for the long arse tweet and hope the message finds you well boss.
