Sir Lindsay Hoyle is livid about rumours the government will publish the Defence Investment Plan on Friday, when MPs are not sitting. Says he would be "appalled" to see the plan announced without a statement to the Commons first and makes a direct appeal to No10: "That would be an utter disgrace and an utter kick in the face to members of this House. .... Everything she said about Karen Read was on point, and her analysis of Lindsay, imo, is on point, as well. There are so many opinions about this case, and it is a very divisive case, but I happen to agree once again. with Pat. I hope anyone listening to Pat, will keep an open mind. We are not all going to walk away from this case with the same opinion, so I hope everybody respects each other‘s opinions.

This is a video from my second film Woh Lamhe music launch, I was just a teenager and like every young woman I hated everything about my appearance, no young woman thinks she is attractive or beautiful, probably that also makes them more vulnerable, innocent and approachable, even on the stage I look so unsure of myself but today i will give anything to look the way I looked bak then and its not just the looks but natural vitality, agility and over all energy levels that I didn’t appreciate back then. My message to all the ladies out there, today is the youngest you will ever be, every age and stage is beautiful, learn to be kind to yourself, even if you can’t find beauty in your reflection know that when you will look back you will find it but today trust that you are beautiful ♥️

TO WHY Last week, I had the honor to re-enlist in the United States Marine Corps Reserves and serve my country again. The biggest question throughout this entire process has been: Why? The answer is this. Because I love this country with every moral fiber of my being. And I have more to give. I don’t expect everyone to understand it. But I do know some will. There hasn’t been a single day in the last 15 years where I didn’t wake up wanting to serve again. I believe that once you’ve been in the fight, you don’t just walk away from it. You might hang up the uniform, but the desire to serve inside of you doesn’t go away. Now, I get to step back in— Not to start over. But to finish what I started. To my fellow Marines, to my brothers and sisters in service, to anyone out there still willing to believe in something greater than themselves— I’m truly honored to stand beside you again. #OwnTheDash #WhyToWhat #USMC #Reenlistment
