Representative Warren Davidson has introduced legislation in SEC Chairmen Gary Gensler hearing to remove him: Chairman Gensler, your record of failures to protect investors and abuses of power make it clear that we need to restructure the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In this hearing, as well, Gary Gensler, the chair of the SEC, was asked whether Ethereum, $ETH, is a commodity or a security. There was no clear direct response by Gensler, per Bloomberg. Read more:

Maybe they should try installing an SEC Chair that doesn't come from Goldman Sachs or other big Wall Street banks. Just seems like basic common sense.
