Today, I introduced legislation to terminate Temporary Protected Status for individuals from Somalia and other countries who are in this country and have been abusing TPS. What we’ve seen across this country, including the FRAUD in places like Minnesota, are the direct result of lax enforcement and reckless decision-making. Under my bill, individuals covered by these TPS designations will have 180 days to self-deport. No loopholes. No excuses.
