Republican logic: We passed a border bill back in May of 2023. (Which Brian never tells you when he spreads his misinformation) Why didn't you take it up in the senate? Liberal Logic: Because it protected the border and didn't fund Ukraine.

Or any time someone doesn't mention something that they have as a point, as "misinformation". - HB.2 which I assume you mean would have authorized the removal of a non-U.S. national to a country other than that individual's country of nationality. - It would allow families with children to be detained indefinitely. It would have been a disaster.

Biden already had the authority and funding necessary to control the border. He didn't. It is all on Biden.

Just because you call it a border bill doesn’t make it a border bill.

Well the bill was certainly a start. Why not pass that bill and then work on additional supplements later, if Immigration is such a dire issue? The bill was bi-partisan.

Republican logic... Border crossing hit a new low after Remain in Mexico was implemented. No border bill was necessary then, no border bill is needed now. Biden rescinded on Day 1, border crossings skyrocketed again.

Remain in Mexico expelled a total of 70,000 migrants, out of over 2 million which entered. Out of those 70,000 over 600 were victims of horrible crime while waiting in Mexico, including rape, kidnapping and murder. Title 42 is what kept most migrants out. It allowed us to immediately remove them.
