Dear Rep. Pressley, How absolutely captivating to witness your trilogy performance in the theater of political melodrama! "Millions of people could die" – such escalating dramatic flair from someone who apparently believes repetition makes fiction more believable. Your talent for recycling apocalyptic talking points while manufacturing mass casualty events without citing actual legislative text remains impressively committed to the theatrical arts. Since you mentioned Republicans' "unforgivable" bill but I haven't seen the Senate version because it hasn't been uploaded yet, I'll address your latest theatrical performance based on HR1 since reconciliation will be required anyway. But first, let's examine your curious political strategy hat trick: you call this bill "absolutely unforgivable," claim "millions of people could die," and promise you're "fighting with everything you've got." Here's a fascinating question, Ayanna – if this bill truly kills millions of people and harms children and elders, wouldn't masterful politics be to let Republicans pass this supposed genocide bill and then ride the voter outrage to Democratic supermajorities? Your desperate opposition to legislation that supposedly causes mass death reveals what you actually know: this bill helps working families, which is precisely why you're frantically trying to block benefits that would improve their lives. For someone who claims strategic thinking, this seems remarkably counterproductive for the third time. I'm also still confused by your underlying premise about tax policy, Representative. The left's narrative for years has been that the wealthy don't pay taxes – remember all those viral posts about billionaires paying less than their secretaries that you've shared? Yet you keep opposing tax breaks for the rich. How exactly can you get a tax break when you don't pay taxes? This seems like a fundamental logical contradiction that you keep repeating. Either the wealthy pay substantial taxes (and thus can receive breaks) or they don't pay taxes (making breaks impossible). Which narrative are we coordinating today? Let's examine your escalating apocalyptic claims: "Millions of people could die" – This appears nowhere in HR1's 1,000+ pages. Please cite which specific section mandates mass death. Are there execution chambers hidden in the bill? A mandatory mortality quota? Death panels with specific casualty targets? Since this wasn't in your previous two dramatic performances, where exactly did millions of deaths get added? "Every child who stands to be harmed" – The bill maintains all SNAP exemptions for families with children (Sections 10002 & 10008, Pages 18, 25), continues CHIP funding, and maintains all Medicaid coverage for children. Which section harms children? "Every elder who stands to be harmed" – The bill provides enhanced standard deductions for seniors (Section 110103), maintains Medicare coverage, and specifically exempts seniors from work requirements. Which section harms elders? Meanwhile, here's what you're fighting "with everything you've got" to deny Massachusetts families: Tax Relief You're Blocking for Working Americans: Permanent Trump-era tax cuts including lower brackets and doubled standard deduction (Sections 110001–110004, Pages 961–962) Exempting tips from taxation – helping restaurant workers, hairdressers, nail technicians, baristas (Section 110101, Page 972) Exempting overtime pay from taxes – rewarding hard work (Section 110102, Page 972) Enhanced standard deduction for seniors (Section 110103) Car loan interest deduction (Section 110104) Modified SALT deduction cap to $30,000 helping middle-class families in Massachusetts (Section 112018, Page 982) Healthcare EXPANSION You're Fighting Against: Enhanced Health Savings Accounts with higher contribution limits (Sections 110201–110213, Pages 976–980) HSA eligibility extended to Medicare Part A recipients HSA spending allowed for fitness, exercise, and wellness programs Expanded healthcare savings options for working families Economic Benefits You're Fighting "With Everything You've Got" to Block: Increased safety net for farmers: wheat prices up to $6.35, corn to $4.10, soybeans to $10.00 (Section 10101, Pages 28–30) Enhanced support for beginning and small farmers through base acre allocation Rural infrastructure and school program extensions National security investment creating jobs in defense manufacturing (Title II, Pages 4–5) Accountability Measures You Consider "Unforgivable": Work requirements for able-bodied adults with broad exemptions for pregnant women, veterans, foster youth, homeless, caregivers, and disabled (Section 44141, Page 818) Citizenship verification for program eligibility (Section 44110, Page 804) Ending federal subsidies for administrative waste in high-error states (Section 10007, Page 24) State cost-sharing for program integrity (Section 10006, Page 22) So let me understand your escalating position, Representative: enhanced healthcare savings kills millions, tax relief for tip workers harms children, permanent middle-class tax cuts endanger elders, farmer support causes mass death, and ensuring able-bodied adults contribute to society is "absolutely unforgivable"? You either didn't read the bill and are just escalating the same talking points for maximum social media engagement, aren't smart enough to understand that the same apocalyptic claims become less credible with each repetition and escalation, or are fine repeatedly deceiving Massachusetts families about legislation that would enhance their healthcare options and put money in their pockets. Which is it, Representative? Perhaps between your promises to fight "with everything you've got" and your predictions of mass casualties, you could explain to working families in Massachusetts why they don't deserve tax relief on tips and overtime, enhanced healthcare savings, and expanded economic opportunities while you fight to preserve government waste and fraud. Your constituents deserve better than escalating political theater masquerading as principled opposition. If this bill truly creates the millions of deaths you now predict, shouldn't you be quietly celebrating the political gift Republicans are supposedly giving Democrats instead of desperately trying to stop benefits for working families? Behind every family you claim to protect is a real person who could benefit from the tax relief, healthcare savings, and economic opportunities you're fighting "with everything you've got" to deny them. #ReadTheBill #PressleyTrilogy #FactsOverEscalatingFear #WorkingFamilyTaxRelief #TipWorkerRelief #HealthcareSavings #FarmersFirst #AccountabilityNotWaste #MillionsDyingMyth #UnforgivableOpposition #ServeMassachusettsNotDrama #HR1Facts #LogicalContradictions #FightingAgainstBenefits #TheatricalTriple

After a lifetime dedicated to racing, 2026 will mark my final season as a professional racing driver. Not the end of the journey, but the beginning of a new chapter. Motorsport has been my life for as long as I can remember. It gave me discipline and grit before I knew why I needed them, and purpose in moments when the road ahead was far from clear. From the suburbs of São Paulo to Monaco, racing shaped my life in ways I could never have imagined. It changed me profoundly as a driver, as a person, as a father, and as a human being. I gave everything I had to this sport, and in return, it gave me a life beyond anything I could have dreamed of. I am deeply grateful to my family, who supported me from day zero. Every sacrifice, every difficult decision, every moment away from home since I was 17 years old, every victory, and every defeat was carried together with them. Without their love, patience, and belief, none of this would have been possible. I have a wonderful wife and children who helped me make this decision. A very special thank you to Formula E, where I have spent the last fourteen years surrounded by extraordinary people—people who started writing on napkins and created an amazing championship, and whom I now consider family. Formula E is my home, and my home is Formula E. This decision comes with emotion, but also with peace. Every great race has a final lap, and I want mine to be driven with the same intensity, commitment, and love that brought me here. I will give everything in my final races in 2026. The future is bright, and I will share more news with you soon.
