If this was a president who really wanted to empower workers, he wouldn't have cut $500 million of labor protections and labor investigations across the world. If this was a president who really cared about empowering workers. He wouldn't have tried to change a rule last time he was president that would have made it easier for managers to take from the tip pools of their servers. This is all a farce.

I was proud to sign the Domestic Workers Bill of Rights — 6 years after I initially proposed it as Attorney General. Thank you to everyone who brought it to fruition today after many years of work, including Rep. Thomas, Sen. Saldaña, and many hardworking advocates.
