the house next door to me is a 3br. The Indian Uber driving owner rents each room for $400 p/w. 2 families and a single live there. My house is 380 p/w. He is making $1200 p/w in rent coming from the ndis and he has 11 in his folio. That’s about $600k+ per year in rent alone.
