Norway is the best country in Europe by far and it's not even close. 🇳🇴 How do I know? 1- my wife's family is from there, and I have ancestry from there too (albeit less)... AKA BASED 😎 2- If I had to pick one European country that American conservatives should admire the most, it would be Norway. Underneath the modern politics is a culture that still values many of the things conservatives care about. Norway consistently ranks among the safest countries in the world. Violent crime remains relatively low, corruption is among the lowest anywhere on Earth, and there's a deep sense of high trust that didn't happen by accident. It was built over centuries through strong communities (especially small and local), and a culture that expects people to actually contribute rather than simply consume. Its history matters. Norway spent centuries as a Christian kingdom after the conversion of King Olaf II in the 11th century. Christianity shaped its laws, holidays, moral framework, and national identity long before modern politics existed. Even today, despite increasing secularization, churches, Christian traditions, and holidays remain woven into Norwegian culture. Norwegians also have an unusually strong connection to their history. They celebrate their Constitution Day on May 17 with enormous pride. Families wear traditional bunads passed down through generations. Viking history isn't treated as something embarrassing to erase. It's part of the nation's story. Conservatives often talk about stewardship, and Norway is a fascinating example. When oil was discovered in the North Sea, the country didn't simply spend every dollar. It created what is now the world's largest sovereign wealth fund, worth well over $1.5 trillion. Instead of treating natural resources as a short-term windfall, they invested them for future generations. The country also has a deep outdoor culture. Hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, and cabin life remain part of everyday Norwegian identity. Families spend weekends in the mountains instead of shopping malls. Children grow up learning self-reliance and respect for nature. Perhaps most importantly, Norway has maintained a remarkably strong sense of national identity for a country of just over 5.5 million people. They know their history. They preserve their traditions. They celebrate their heroes. They teach their children where they came from. No country is perfect, and American conservatives would disagree with Norway on plenty of modern political issues. But if you strip away today's gotchas and look at the foundations, Norway demonstrates that a nation with strong historical roots, a shared culture, pride in its heritage, and a long Christian tradition can build one of the most stable and prosperous societies in Europe. It has one of the highest standards of living in Europe. Norway is based. Those are lessons worth paying attention to. 🇳🇴🇳🇴🇳🇴

NORWAY IS GOING TO BAN BITCOIN MINING WITHOUT PUBLIC CONSULTATIONS - WE NEED TO ACT NOW Norway's Ministry of Digitalisation and Public Administration responded to Open Dialogue Foundation / Fundacja Otwarty Dialog that it "has no plans to conduct a public consultation" on a ban on cryptocurrency mining. There is no doubt that the ban designed to target #Bitcoin mining. Unfortunately, that's a stance of the Stortinget and the Norwegian government. 🔴 Why we should protect our #freedomtech Bitcoin in #Norway NOW: (1) Norway is fully integrated in the European Single Market throught the European Economic Area (EEA) and Schengen Agreement. It means Norway can provide its legilsative approach as an input for new legislation for the EU/EEA both: - during the preparatory phase, when the European Commission is developing proposals; - during work of expert groups and committees of the European Commission; - submitting proposals and comments to European Free Trade Association on upcoming legislation. (2) As a co-founder of the OECD ➡️ Better Policies for Better Lives , Norway sets an example of regulation worldwide and provides its legislative recommedations for global standards. (3) Norway has historically been a place to meet, share experiences and educate human rights defenders and bitcoiners from around the world. Norwegian goverment will present its investigation a ban on cryptocurrency mining by the end od 2024. 🔴 What we should do together to prevent Bitcoin mining ban: (1) Repost this post and join our #BTC Coalition to educate local communities and media about social benefits of Bitcoin mining in Norway and worldwide; (2) Help us pool resources and best practices to convince Norwegian politicians and media to explore the social benefits of Bitcoin to prevent this repressive regulation; (3) If you are a Norwegian citizen: write a letter to your legislator and government asking for public consultation and providing arguments about the social benefits of Bitcoin mining for Norway. 🧡

Open Letter to MP Iqbal Mohamed, I recently watched your video where you stated: “Let the West… let the enemies not divide us.” Since you are a sitting Member of the British Parliament, this raises some serious questions that demand clarification: 1. If the West is your “enemy,” then what exactly are you doing representing a British constituency in the UK Parliament – which sits in the heart of the West, in London? You cannot call the very nation you serve an enemy while holding public office within it. 2. Do you genuinely feel safe living among these “enemies” in the UK? If you truly believe this country and its people are hostile, then standing for political office here contradicts your own statement. 3. Are you stepping back from the oath you took – in the name of Allah – to bear true faith and allegiance to His Majesty King Charles and to uphold the laws and values of the United Kingdom? Your words appear fundamentally at odds with the responsibilities and loyalty required of a British MP. 4. How do you justify using taxpayer-funded British institutions, resources, and a parliamentary salary while simultaneously portraying the West as an enemy? It raises questions about integrity and the proper use of public office. 5. When you say “the West,” are you including your own voters in Dewsbury & Batley – the people who trusted you with their mandate? Do you also view them as part of this so-called enemy? 6. Is it appropriate for an MP to label the UK or “the West” as an enemy when this rhetoric risks increasing hostility and creating fear within communities? 7. Will you publicly clarify whether your allegiance lies with the British Constitution and your oath of office, or with overseas political movements that contradict your commitments as a UK MP? Finally, Do you consider yourself a British representative in Pakistan-linked events or a Pakistan representative inside the British Parliament?
