A lot of people forget the Steam Frame is running a proper PC OS, you can do stuff like this entirely self-contained with no PC connection at all, just some chromium windows on-device. Doing stuff like this is some of my favorite casual VR use. I hope it releases soon!

Even switched to performance mode and it still does it. Her specs are top of the line and are the same as my PC. This does NOT happen on my PC. does anyone have a solution to this?

Another day, another odd and old-school technical issue in #Nioh3. This game doesnโ€™t just expect the frame rate to hit its FPS cap to work properly, it also wants the FPS to line up with the display refresh rate. Using the 60 fps cap at 120Hz (or higher) can result in lots of frame-time spikes and microstuttering. the only way to avoid this is to switch the refresh rate to 60 Hz, which gives a much smoother frame time graph. Frame Generation on top of a 60 FPS base at 120 Hz works flawlessly without any frame time issues.

Samson PC Performance test on RX 9070 XT, Ryzen 7 9800X3D with 32GB of RAM. I've set the settings everything on Ultra running at output resolution of 4K with FSR is set to quality and frame-gen is turned off. There are frametime issues and performance dips that I've honestly expected as this is an Unreal Engine 5 game, the AA implementation is also not that good either as the game looks a little bit blurry

Iโ€™m pretty much a PC illiterate noob so getting this running tonight has made me happy โค๏ธ OutRun 2 with all the nice mods / patches for the PC version running on ROG Ally X. Amazes me you do this on a handheld device! What a time to be alive.

I tested out Cyberpunk 2077 Path Tracing turned on with RX 9070 XT now that FSR Redstone is out. By using the new FSR Redstone and FSR ML Based Frame-Gen, the game reaches up to 130FPS in 1440p with FSR set to Performance Mode. The performance gains are not that much higher compared to the previous versions of FSR but the image quality got a huge upgrade, especially when using Frame-Gen. This ML based Frame Gen is much better than the previous version as it gets rid of most artifacts and ghosting caused by the previous version. If for some reason you always wanted to play Cyberpunk 2077 with Path Tracing turned on on an AMD GPU, now you can enjoy a playable experience with 100+ FPS on an RX 9070 XT. I still don't recommend it though as the frame pacing and input lag still feels off for me, I'd just rather play this without Frame Gen and Path Tracing. I'm going to test out Black Myth: Wukong next

PSA Resident Evil RE Requiem Switch 2 update 1.1.1 caused BIG performance issues. Frame Skips/Stutter/Jitter even with no combat (watch edge of screen). It was NOT like this before. I reinstalled with no change. Others also reported worse performance. Please fix or revert ASAP.

Assassins Creed: Shadows PC Port is absolute garbage. I'm playing AC: Shadows both on Console and PC, unfortunately even if you have a high-end PC, the Game stutters on PC. This is most likely because of Denuvo and bad Optimization. The Frametime is so bad I can't even begin to describe it, I'm forced to turn Frame-Gen on just to have a smooth experience. Disabling Frame-Gen and even running this Game on the lowest possible settings still results in a sub-par experience. This clip credit to zWORMz Gaming shows him trying to run AC: Shadows with Max Settings on an RTX 5070 Ti with the Ryzen 7 9800X3D and the Game still struggles to hit 60FPS! having specs anything even below these ones means that the Game will run even worse on most PC Gamers. The PC Port is terrible.
