Gives me both RE1R and RE6 vibes, but if experience has taught us anything, Capcom will probably give him a design that’s totally different from what fans expect, like they did with Claire, focus is more on making him sexy than matching his look, kinda like what did with Leon

Claire’s face model isn’t even that faithful to Jordan, There’s about an 8 year gap between RE2R/REV but only 3 months between RC/Rockfort and yet they barely look alike. They could’ve easily used a new scan of Jordan’s face while still staying faithful to the previous version

That’s one of the biggest downsides, IMO, look at games like Alan Wake 2 or Last of Us Part II the face scans were done years later and it still didn’t feel off, meanwhile Capcom has dozens of face models for Leon, Chris, Jill, Claire… like, damn, I don’t get it

It’s more of a contract issue both with face models & voice actors even now people are debating whether Claire’s VA is Alyson or Stephanie, actually that’s just fanbase nitpicking what matters is the quality of game

Hard to say, It’s probably one of two things: either they’re introducing a new face model or they’re using Geordie himself but making him look younger. Chris’ face isn’t an exact Geordie scan though they tweaked it after RE7 to satisfy fans
