Could you point out the legend for me? All I see is a dickhead driving on the shoulder, cutting off 2 lanes of traffic, brake check a truck trying to pass another and slowing down an entire lane of traffic more than the truck did.

Large trucks should never be allowed in the left lane for any reason, even passing. They can block traffic up and slow it down for miles.

The truck in the left lane was passing a slower moving truck in the right lane. Once the car, illegally and unsafely brake checked him, then he’d lost his momentum and moved to the right lane to clear traffic. The truck driver was driving SAFELY! Unlike the asshole in the car!

In real civilized countries trucks are permitted to pass one another only in certain areas of the highways. If one trucker wants to be a moron is bad luck for the rest of truckers, not all the rest of the cars. The best way to teach good behaviour is the law.
