Fuel didn't go from 280 to 400 on PBAT inauguration day, NO. Rather from N280/200 to N500 that day. Buhari left office o the morning of inauguration as Fuel was N⁰190/200 in the SE and N185 in Abja. BAT took it up to N500 withn 2hrs that day in office
