Rest in Peace, Danielle Spencer🕯️ The deadpan comedic genius "Dee Thomas" from the '70s hit show "What's Happening!!" The episodes with Doobie Brothers concert were classic Dee

Man that was the show back in the day!

She was the best character on that show. I got such a kick out her😞🥀

Shout out Michael McDonald. Saw the Doobies live just this weekend. I was not the one wearing a red beret and a trenchcoat. Poor Dee. ❤️

That was fun - on multiple levels - thank you for posting it!

How did go from this quality television to real housewives smh Sad. High quality acting

I always loved her, she was so snarky

Thanks. That went right in the "Feel Good" Folder. R.I.P. Dee - we'll keep it down.

Great memories there. Thanks for posting this!🙏 R.I.P. DEE❤️

Loved that show!

we just talked about her on our live; so sad; RIP

Love this show! Dee was awesome. May Dr. Spencer rest in peace.

Which Doobie you be?

Damn. She was doing Daria before Daria even existed. Missed the ep. that had The Doobies on it. Cornelius Bumpass ftw

Dang- had to be young. She was outstanding! Which doobie do you be?

The scene where she says "Yeah, well your Mama!" on the phone is priceless.

That's how I learned about bootlegging.

Damn. RIP Dee

She was so good. Very sad. Great show. Which Doobie you be?!

:-( She was awesome!

Which Doobie You Be?

I watched this show faithfully

She had just friended me on Facebook this past January 💔💔💔💔💔🙏🕯️🕊️✨

Remember she ask the black guy in the band if he was a half doobie! Classic!

@steelpen487 Funny show.

My condolences to her family and friends 🙏🏽

Yea, loved that show back in the day. What a shame..RIP Danielle...🙏🙏

My favorite Dee episode was the Bridgeburger episode. “Jackass meat” was mad funny!

Great show. But she was an annoying character on the show

Hey hey hey hey !

Kevin this still makes me laugh
