Sir wired4fun hosting another get together with friends. My attendance to the event was spent in a different way. INFURIATING: A mom and her boyfriend in Indianapolis are accused of leaving their little boy (4) with special needs to d*e in a closet under the basement stairs. Meet Angel Lovely, 37, and Nicholas Bergdoll, 37. They're now charged in the death of Malichi Allen Lovely. The four year old had cerebral palsy and hydrocephalus. Police now say they've learned that he spent much of his time in a closet under the stairs and was often locked inside. When the child was discovered, he had blood in his mouth and his head was rolled back. Bergdoll told police that he hadn’t checked on Malichi throughout the day - and trying to cover his own butt, he claimed he didn’t agree with putting him in the closet but felt he couldn’t stop Angel. She told cops she put the child in the closet to sleep and checked on him once in the morning before realizing that something was wrong. She acknowledged she hadn’t refilled his seizure medication.
