๐Ÿšจ Retail's dumping $SPCX right before Elon's biggest play 2016: Tesla buys SolarCity. Wall Street calls it a bailout What followed: $TSLA +4,828%. $10K became half a million Now the same play is forming at 10x the scale February: SpaceX absorbs xAI. Combined entity: $1.25 TRILLION March: FTC clears...

๐Ÿšจ HOLY F*CK... ELON MAY BE SETTING UP HIS BIGGEST MOVE YET Look at these two charts. Start with one number: +3,140%. Thatโ€™s what NVIDIA delivered from the Mellanox merger to its 5-year high. In 2020, NVIDIA closed a $6.9 BILLION deal for a networking company most investors barely understood. โ€œWhy does a GPU company need Mellanox?โ€ Years later, that deal became a critical piece of NVIDIAโ€™s AI datacenter machine. The deal everyone questioned became part of the trade of the decade. Now look at $SPCX. Same psychology. Early hype โ†’ brutal selloff โ†’ disbelief โ†’ boring accumulation โ†’ everyone calls it โ€œdead money.โ€ And right where NVIDIA had Mellanox on the chart... SpaceX could have its own catalyst: TESLA x SPACEX. Tesla is positioned to convert its $2 billion xAI stake into a direct stake in SpaceX. And Wedbush puts the odds of a full Tesla-SpaceX merger before 2027 at 80โ€“90%. Weโ€™ve seen Elon make moves the market hated before. 2016: Tesla x SolarCity. Wall Street called it a bailout. Tesla went on to gain thousands of percent over the following decade. Hereโ€™s what almost everyone is missing: The pattern isnโ€™t just about PRICE. Itโ€™s about PSYCHOLOGY. โ†’ A merger nobody fully understands โ†’ โ€œOvervaluedโ€ headlines everywhere โ†’ Years of doubt and disbelief โ†’ Then the merged ecosystem becomes the entire thesis My $SPCX overlay projects +1,730% from the potential merger zone. Thatโ€™s roughly HALF of what NVIDIA delivered from the Mellanox setup. $SPCX trades around $136 today. My buy zone hasnโ€™t changed: $85โ€“$100. NVIDIA holders waited years to look like geniuses. This time, I donโ€™t think it takes that long. Save this chart. If the setup starts playing out, youโ€™ll want to remember where it began. Turn notifications on.

๐Ÿšจ SPACEX IS ABOUT TO REPEAT TESLA 2016 And nobody is ready for what will happen. 2016: Tesla merged with SolarCity. $9.47 โ†’ $25.98 +174.34% in days. Now look at today: 2026: โ€“ SpaceX is already down 50% from its IPO price at launch โ€“ The share unlock is about to hit the market โ€“ After new lows, Elon could absorb the shares cheaply and make them expensive But thereโ€™s one thingโ€ฆ Tesla mergers in 2016โ€“2019: โ€“ Low-market-cap companies merged with Tesla โ€“ Pre-COVID market โ€“ Low expectations โ€“ No questionable trillionaire status SpaceX 2026: โ€“ Starlink + xAI + Tesla = multitrillion-dollar companies merged into one โ€“ The stock market is at the most overvalued level in history โ€“ A pure monopoly in space That is not the same opportunity. Most people think a Tesla merger with SpaceX would be a nothingburger: Yes, Tesla is already a high-market-cap company. But the history of its mergers with SolarCity, Maxwell, and Hibar brought investors gains of many hundreds of percent in a short period of time. So now you have two choices: Stay away from the most hyped IPO in history after a 50% post-launch dropโ€ฆ Or understand what Tesla in 2016 already showed you. Reminder: Iโ€™ve called every major market top and bottom for the last 15 years, including the tops in Gold and Silver, the collapse in Oil, the SpaceX drop, and Bitcoinโ€™s crash. When I start buying SpaceX, Iโ€™ll post it here publicly like I always do. Turn notifications on. If youโ€™re not following yet, youโ€™ll understand why that was a mistake later.

๐Ÿšจ SPACEX IS ABOUT TO FOOL EVERYONE AGAIN SpaceX fell from $225 to $147. Now it is sitting back near the $135 IPO price. Most people think that means the worst is over. They are reading a price. They are not reading the supply calendar. Tomorrow, September 9: up to 319 million shares become eligible to sell. That block is worth ~$49 billion at current prices. September 10: another 59 million affiliate shares. Then the drip keeps going: Sep 24 โ†’ Oct 9 โ†’ Oct 24 โ†’ Dec 8 Muskโ€™s own 6.4 billion shares stay locked until June 2027. So this is not โ€œthe founder is dumping.โ€ This is employees and early paper getting permission to exit into a stock that just tagged IPO price again. That is why reclaiming $135 is not a bottom signal. It is the price where new supply meets leftover IPO buyers. The cycle is still: Euphoria โ†’ Denial โ†’ Final shakeout โ†’ Accumulation โ†’ Vertical We are in the phase where the stock can look โ€œfineโ€ for a week and then go dead. $120โ€“$140 bounces into unlock weeks are the bull traps. My zone for the ugly handoff is still $77โ€“$85. Why that zone matters more than the robotaxi headlines: Tesla is mentioned 87 times in the SpaceX S-1. Tesla already holds ~19 million SpaceX shares from the xAI conversion. SpaceX absorbed xAI in February. About 60% of SpaceX capex last year went there. Shotwell already said combining with Tesla would make Elonโ€™s life easier. Ives has the merger odds around 80% for 2027. The public is trading a rocket ticker. The S-1 is describing one stack: SpaceX + xAI + Starlink + Tesla + power + robotics. Musk ran a version of this with SolarCity. The ugly part got sold. The headline got bought later. Watch who is on the other side of tomorrowโ€™s float. Retail added exposure into this unlock because the last one did not crash. That is usually when the next tranche hurts more, not less. Save this post. Check it on Sep 9, Sep 10, Sep 24, and Dec 8. If SpaceX is near $80 and nobody is tweeting it, that is the date that matters. Bottoms do not send invitations.
