A significant underestimate. The fallout likely makes huge parts of Europe uninhabitable. Destroying the capacity to produce crops… famine on global scale. Loss of fuel imports from Russia makes Europe even less survivable (push for green energy bites EU in the ass). We’re talking a level of destruction such that Europeans are taking make-shift boats to seek refuge in Africa. Not to mention the loss of strategic deterrence, emboldening China to invade Taiwan. This is the collapse of civilization event.
