At the ongoing Kampala Capital City Mayoral and Lord Councilor EC tallying exercise, chaos has erupted at the Kawempe Division tallying tent between NRM Party and National Unity Platform members and supporters over the results being read for the position of Lord Councilor. The scuffle started after National Unity Platform agents objected to the results being read by the Returning Officer for the NRM Party candidate, Ali Musa Segane, whom they say is being awarded a huge number of votes he did not attain.
