They destroyed Nicollet downtown. The farmers market on Thursday’s is gone and what they did to Nicollet Mall has only brought in more homeless and drug abusers. More bathrooms will bring more drug users. It’s not at all inviting to go out in to Nicollet Mall at lunch anymore.

It’s really hard to watch how bad Minneapolis has fallen in the past five yrs especially. It gets mad real from here with crime spiking along with taxes. All the city problems with none of the city benefits anymore.

Get the DSA out of Minneapolis and you might have a chance. Until that council is gone. All of them, not a shot until they are gone. Hennepin county commissioners also need their DSA endorsed leaders gone. The department heads in the city need to go, and at the county. Within 20 years the major sports teams are all going to be negotiating their way out, all of them. The businesses will never return. Never. What we are seeing is an acceleration of plans to move out. These corporations were moving out of downtown before this fuck show started. And now that so many of them are out and in smaller locations with lower taxes and rents, the municipalities they moved to have grown to create the workforces they need for them locally. Not to mention remote workers are largely refusing to RTO. Add to that these municipalities have a playbook of what NOT to do so they can recover whenever the state gets its head extracted from its rectum.

Hell yeah, it’s a long story. Stabbed in lung, skull fractured and car shot up for holding a camera at the state capitol building. I was just curious why there would be a group that referred to themselves as anti fascist beating up people in Berkeley. I wanted to know more, was it media bullshit, or is it really this ironic? Around that time I noticed a flyer that they were counter protesting an anti sharia March at the mn Capitol. I was editing allot of videos at the time and wanted some b roll of this event. Capitol police and St. Paul police seemed to work together to sweep it under rug. Claiming the violence was not related to the antifa counter protest/generally peaceful. See? I was gonna start typing forever. I didn’t know I was stabbed or skull fractured when I was fighting my way out of the mob but when I heard gunshots I returned fire. Homicide investigators told me I should be satisfied I wasn’t charged. And used the mob as witnesses. Then the city decided I didn’t “retreat enough” before shooting back.. 😂 Eventually giving BOTH SIDES self defense. My attackers never seeing a day in court. Their knives and guns even returned to them. (Long story short) There’s so much more to this story., I just wish I could get an interview somewhere to be able to flesh this out past a short reply.

Hospital bills, all that shit. It was like the Twilight Zone. No matter what I did, I couldn’t get the story out. I couldn’t really say anything while under investigation, and the only footage was with the homicide investigator. But he claimed they couldn’t see the altercation, but they could see my car. And the altercation was by my car. Still haven’t seen it. The county said I “didn’t retreat enough” before defending myself after getting stabbed and skull-fractured under gunfire in front of my state capitol building against real-deal communists who weren’t ever charged and were let go. 😂 Hard to forget it when they try to cover up your murder then run for office in your city. And continue to attack innocent people with no justice. I’ll always wonder how many people these socialists have REALLY killed. Look how easy they cover it up.

Weird, a politician with a brain!

This is so disappointing. I lived in the Twin Cities for 25 years/worked in downtown Minneapolis for 15 years. I left about 7 years ago with every intention of returning but realized several years ago that I’d be foolish to return. I wish you all well and hope it turns around.

I walked Nicollet Friday July 17 on a hot afternoon. I was looking to get a cold beverage. I saw FOR LEASE on the street and skyway levels more times than I could count. I couldn't find a place to buy a cold drink. I was offered drugs to buy 3 times. Minneapolis has fallen.

Fully. This is true. I wandered around and videoed one afternoon. I did find one coffee shop and then grabbed a beer at the Local to support and talk to people. They were all in town for a conference and complained about Minneapolis. Told me “glad to see someone here is still fighting for it. I used to love traveling to this place… now we just stick to the hotel.”

Back in 2016, I would stay downtown for work, visit the mall, eat downtown. I'd spend 2-3 nights. What has happened to downtown is awful. I won't stay there ever again. It's dead, dangerous and decaying. People are delusional if they think current leadership can change anything.

Minneapolis is the murder crime capital of Minnesota. Murder rate, and everything else, is 600% higher than the state average. Just 20% less than Chicago. Mayor Dollar Trudeau, booty shorts Fry is 100 required by law, police short. But, so what, lesbian DA won't prosecute.

That is the goal. Muslims will come in by 2030 and take over the vacant cities that they created with the communist agendas.

I think the only way to revive DT Minneapolis is to provide a Fremont Style Experience in the Midwest by networking all of the local Casinos, Mystic,TI and Geabd Casino and have them build out satellite locations in DT on Nicolette Mall. Bring these locations there and make a winter style Fremont Street.

The paid leave came around at the exact time the ICE protests started! They paid them to protest!!!
