Revolut started with everything in a spreadsheet. Even performance and pay. As we scaled, cracks showed. Who are our top performers? How do we scale execution? No platform solved it. So we built one. Now, Revolut People powers 10,000+ employees for thousands of companies across 60 countries👇

Revolut is a criminal operation that 2 weeks later is STILL holding savings accounts hostage. Can't access my money even if I close ALL my accounts. This is absurd and I am sure illegal. No help from anyone just told to wait. That is great for them, but for REAL people like me, I can't feed my kids!

Yeah well now it's customer service is crap. Slowto get any agent. AI platitudes. And it's mistakenly banned transfers from my Company in Singapore claiming its sanctioned with Myanmar. After 5 years. Rubbish

We take compliance and international regulations seriously, which sometimes leads to additional checks on certain transfers. Hi @RevolutApp — Why are you asking for my 2018–2019 address & job? I’m a Japanese PR, and I checked your [T&Cs] — there’s no clause requiring 5+ year-old data. これは外国人差別では? Is this applied to all users or just foreigners? Transparency matters.

I've been researching which companies produce the best product leaders, and Revolut keeps coming up at the top of the list. Revolut alumni PMs go on to become CPOs, first PMs at startups, and get promoted faster and more often than PMs from almost any other company in the world. I sat down with Dmitry Zlokazov, head of product at Revolut, to understand what they do differently. In our conversation, we discuss: 🔸 Their unique org structure where “product owners” manage cross-functional pods as “local CEOs,” with genuine end-to-end ownership and hiring/firing power 🔸 How a radical, ultra-flat structure enables more than 150 product owners to maintain founder-level quality and velocity across dozens of parallel launches 🔸 How Revolut maintains quality while shipping hundreds of features across over 50 countries 🔸 Why Revolut favors “raw intellect and hunger” over experience, and how internal transfers (including ex-engineers and ops managers) become the company’s most successful product leaders 🔸 How Revolut’s founders review every single UI shipped, and why this founder detail obsession scales rather than limits innovation 🔸 Their framework for launching new products—from ideation, validation, and first user cohort to rapid “algorithmization” and scaling across countries 🔸 The importance of treating products that are 99% done as closer to 0% done, vs. 100% done Listen now 👇 • YouTube: • Spotify: • Apple: ⭐ This entire episode is brought to you by Stripe — Helping companies of all sizes grow revenue:
