Yea my public defender literally told me the constitution didn’t matter when I was going through court I told him he was fired and he THREW my discovery at me in court, I said I have a right against illegal search and seizure as well as a second amendment, yet they buried it

I believe it, attorneys will never argue the constitution.

He retired before my case finished after I opened a federal case after being found incompetent, younger abstention, the head da argued in my federal case, I made the hurdle, but something behind closed doors happened they rushed to find me competent and forced me to plea,

And I told them on record that if I do that it will moot my case, and my new public defenders (2 of them now) told me they can’t tell me I’m wrong, but your either going to get convicted and do 20-life or take the 7, and they were going to do it too

They won't stop. Ever. Here is a solution, if the people will implement it. But the people are corrupted, so likely, all is lost. Yet, here is a solution only the people can do, and indeed have the right and responsibility to do.

I would encourage you to look at the actual real definition of treason found in article 3 of the United States Constitution and Title 18 USC When you take an oath to support defend the constitution, but attack constitutional rights daily! THAT IS CALLED A STATE OF WAR!
