Her powers is simplified to us as "LUCK" but full ability is Subconscious Telekinetic Probability Manipulation. So any outcome she desire whether bad or good, everything else gets disturbed to ensure. The already bad winds get more fucked just so she's safe, so you're right lmao

It makes sense since all her lucky scenes are in the middle of natural disasters or her opponent having awful luck
