There is a lot of talk about Lindsay Clancy and how the system failed her but lets talk about who the system really failed, her husband Patrick. None of the doctors informed him of what Lindsay was thinking, no one cared about the safety of him or the kids. Secondly, when she first called him after being in the hospital for a week? She didn't talk about the kids at all, just what she went through.

Dr. Jennifer Tufts testified that during her appointment with Lindsay Clancy on 1/23, she found her insight to be poor. Dr. Tufts explained that "it had to do with her over attribution" of her symptoms to medications, like believing Seroquel (quetiapine) made her depressed - when "in reality, she was just depressed." However, just a month earlier (12/21), when Lindsay tried to enter the Rhode Island Women & Infants Partial Hospitalization Program, she was told she was "not suitable" because her depression was "more pharmacologically induced than purely depressive." This woman hosted a pool event at her home for the HOA. One day while out shopping, she noticed alerts on her camera. Thinking it was just an animal or something else, she thought nothing of it. When she got home, she heard splashing and sounds of kids laughing. She goes to her backyard and she sees some of the same kids swimming in her pool that was at the pool event. She calls the police and the mom of the kids. The mom was angry she called the cops and thought that since she allowed the kids to use the pool before then it wouldn’t be a big deal. She was in the process of taking this photo when a woman starts to yell at her about how she can’t work without looking out the window and seeing the young lady hanging onto the guard rail for a pose. She expressed she was worried she was going to fall. The young lady was more interested that the woman owns a magazine than she was about her own safety, she then proceeds to call her a Karen for their interaction. To me it seems like she was voicing honest concern, she wasn’t trying to cause an issue and it was in fact the actions of the young lady that was the cause of the distraction for those in the city that day. What is your take on this, was this a valid concern on the lady’s behalf?
