Yes but it's not strictly wrong because his actual catchphrase in the sub is "Kattobingu da Ore" and "Kattobingu" is a coined phrase it doesn't have a literal meaning. "I'm gonna bring it to em" is just one take on it I would say "high five the sky" is a good "translation"
