This may be an unpopular opinion, but I’m saying no. Everyone likes his attitude and his first two years. But how about his last four? And he didn’t do anything at Buffalo either! Yes. He cares. But so does any Jets fan. He talks a good game, but talk is cheap.

He’s been out of the game a for a long time now. He had a couple nice years and was a fun character but his overall body of work as HC is not stellar.

This would crash n burn like every other hyped up move the jets make and in 2-3 years we will be in the same spot we are now. It’s a never ending cycle.

Yes I would take Rex as HC. People keep pointing to how bad Rex was his last two seasons but they fail to mention what Idzik did to Rex. He sabotaged him with poor talent just so he could hire his own HC. He paid for it with his job. So did Rex. It was never fair. He got results.
