This is the MOST HEATED I’VE EVER BEEN ON A VIDEO 😤 “Calories in calories out doesn’t work for everyone!” YES IT F***ING DOES! STOP DISEMPOWERING PEOPLE! This segment on Oprah Winfrey made me absolutely heated. First off let’s get rid of this idea that calories in calories out doesn’t work for obese people. ABSOLUTE NONSENSE. When obese people eat in a calorie deficit THEY LOSE WEIGHT IN THE HUMAN RANDOMIZED CONTROL TRIALS (PMIDs: 28329121, 2407096, & 26775902) Obese people do NOT have slower metabolisms than lean people when equated for BMR (if anything they are slightly faster). This is true for women & men & those who are obese with & without Type 2 diabetes ) (PMID: 1556954, 18223609, & 26838741) Now I’m NOT saying obesity is all the fault of the individual. It is not. Research shows that women who are obese have a 50% greater rate of past sexual assault trauma (PMID: 17606550) Moreover if calories in calories out didn’t work how do you explain semiglutide results and GLP-1 mimetics? They do NOT increase metabolic rate. Their effect is on APPETITE! Telling someone that calories in vs calories out doesn’t work for them might make their ego feel better in the short term but you are DISEMPOWERING THESE PEOPLE! They hear this and think “even if I try it won’t work.” BULLSHIT. Weight loss in the long term is hard. But hard is NOT the same thing as impossible. Please explain people like Ethan Suplee who lost over 300 lbs and kept if off?! STOP with these doctors and psychologists talking about sh*t they have no clue about! It’s ABSURD!

The story of - Mamma R the ex-boyfriend and the motorcycle & Zeudi not allowed to ride a motorcycle They asked you, but can you ride a motorcycle?I can't ride a motorcycle. Why? What does it do? No, no, I'm already in love. What can I do? You're so stupid, I'm sorry. Let's talk about this issue, with the clothes back here, though. The clothes back there. It's a house, we live in the house. Come on, Alice. I can't ride a motorcycle. No. Why? I'm afraid. But it's my life, I'm 18 years old. I mean, I'm over 18. Yes, it's my life too. Yes, love, it's not like that. No, it's my life. You're sick. No, love, don't be afraid, you're hurting yourself. Yes, I get it, but if I want to ride a motorcycle one day, which I'm also afraid of. No. But I decide it, love. No, love, I have a very bad trauma. Tell me, tell me. No. Tell me about this trauma. No, love, I really lost a friend, no. Ah, then no. Then no. We were good. I thought you had an ex-boyfriend. No. Tell me how you had an ex-boyfriend. No, I had an ex-boyfriend, I was really a workaholic. Already. I was still, I was here all the time when I was still.Well, imagine, imagine. I didn't really like it. What did you do? Tell me. Nothing, I had a pair of, a pair of shoes, those there. A pair. A pair, yes, those there with the soles. What are they called? Wait. The moccasins. The moccasins. I had to take them off. But what did you have as a motorcycle? But I was, I was still on the gas station, I had to pump the gasoline, I had to make gasoline. And he said no, sir. I was a girl, I was like 16, 17 years old. Wow, even underage, well, well. Come on, in our times you drove. But you didn't have a license. No, but there was no license. But really? Eh, in our times no. Really? In our times you couldn't take a motorcycle quietly to the gas station. Really? Eh, love, really, yes. Ah. Mamma mia, really, really. Here you can do whatever you want, give me my license. But what do you do? Yes, Giulia. No, love, you're really still. No, sir, no, this pump, the gasoline, here you have to put the mix, since I was little, you have to put the mix, there I had to push a little, but I didn't even move. Boom, boom. And who left this motorcycle to you? My brother Lorenzo. But it was with you? No, my brother Lorenzo gave me this Vespa because I was going well at school. Eh, I get it. I'm giving you the gift. Eh. He told me to give it to you, I like it, I want it.But I understood, you, you, in the end, how did you find yourself with this bike? My school was next to it, next to the gas station. But you went to school with the bike? Never again, that time is enough. But you didn't know how to ride it? No, I knew how to ride it, but not well, but I knew how to ride it. And now, you don't want to go? No, let's go, please, mom. But it's not normal. No, let's go, mom. It's a nice car, a nice imported car. No, let's go, mom. Mom, what are you doing? No, let's go, mom. Let me understand. Why? Because it's a bad bike, mom. How expensive is it? But who told you?But then a friend of mine has to go at 100 km per hour. But what do you want, at 100 km per hour? I don't even have hair. But let's not exaggerate. But what are you doing? No, let's go, mom. Why do you have this grip that you showed me last night? No, let's go, mom, let's go. But I'm kidding, I'm not going on the bike. No, but it's not that I don't trust those who drive it. I'll take a picture, mom, I'll take a picture. I don't trust those who drive it. So you already drove it? This one. Do I have to drive it? No, mom, maybe you're good at it too, but the others don't have the discipline to drive it. So what do I do? Do I have to drive it in the park? No, no, its true alone #zeudiners #zeudi

Homemade Doritos 🔻🔺 Disclaimer: this is a funny video- nothing more, nothing less. I did not eat these chips. This is a demonstration of the industrial processing steps used in fastfood snacks. This video is for entertainment and educational purposes only- do not replicate these steps at home. This video does not claim that eating Doritos will directly harm you. It’s meant to shed light on how highly processed snack foods can be- especially when mass-produced for consistency, cost-cutting, and shelf stability. When making Doritos they're not literally spraying corn with Roundup in the factory- they source GMO corn that’s already been drenched with glyphosate in the field (a practice restricted in parts of the EU). They’re also not tipping hardware-store lye into the vats- they’re using a food-grade equivalent. This video is describing the general process of making Doritos in a way that can be done on a small scale at home, BUT is not mirroring the exact process- it’s optimized to make a watchable video- for example, the factory pre-puffs the chips, flash-fries them, cools them, seasons them in a tumble drum, then bags them at high speed… things that are not shown in the video. When food additives are described as “safe,” remember that we often lack long-term studies on their full effects. While these ingredients may be “generally recognized as safe” in small amounts, I personally see no benefit in consuming them at all. At the end of the day, eat what you want- but be informed about what you’re actually eating.

Unpopular FACT: Artifical sweetners do NOT make you hungry You’ve probably heard some version of the following: "Artificial sweeteners make you hungry." "Sweet taste without calories confuses your brain." "They make you crave more sweets." You've probably heard some version of these claims before. The problem? The data keep refusing to cooperate. A new study, "Acute and prolonged effects of sweeteners and sweetness enhancers on postprandial appetite sensations, palatability, and ad libitum energy intake in humans," examined exactly this question If artificial sweeteners really increased hunger, cravings, or caused people to eat more later, this study should have found it. It didn't. Researchers found that consuming sweeteners and sweetness enhancers did not increase subsequent energy intake, did not meaningfully increase appetite, and did not lead participants to compensate by eating more later. In other words, the common claim that "sweet taste without calories tricks your brain into overeating" continues to lack support from actual human data. This is a great reminder that just because a mechanism sounds plausible doesn't mean it translates into real-world behavior. Humans aren't Petri dishes, and while people love inventing scary stories about artificial sweeteners, the totality of evidence continues to show that replacing sugar with low- or no-calorie sweeteners generally helps reduce calorie intake and can support fat loss. Your body isn't sitting there thinking: "Wait a second... that was sweet but not enough calories. Better order a large pizza." It doesn't work that way. This study showed people actually ate slightly less calories when consuming artificial sweeteners. This is in alignment with other studies demonstrating that artificial sweeteners decrease energy intake and reduce body fat in tightly controlled human RCTs (PMIDs: 40913681 & 39606579) As always, test hypotheses against data, not vibes.
