I feel that during this period, even though there were a bunch of SS's that were regarded as better, Ray was the best fielder by far. I think that if he could hit (& he came back from his injury), he'd be talked about like Jeter, Arod, & Nomar are now.

Finally some Ordoñez love! Him and Edgardo Alfonso were the best SS-2B combo ever. I was lucky enough to watch them at Shea.
