I told Mikhaela Fuller (Mikhaila Peterson) about one of my residents who reversed her dementia score from 15 to 26 in less than a year. The MoCA test scores cognitive function from 0 to 30. • <21 is full dementia • 21 to 26 is mild cognitive decline • 27 to 30 is what a healthy person scores One of my residents came in scoring 15. She had full-blown dementia and was placed in my care after her doctors wasn't sure about how to help her with her recovery. Seven months later, she scored a 26, almost in the normal range. The protocols we implemented were: • Keto diet • Regular walks outside in the sun • Regular strength training with our coach • Hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions weekly • And a few others She moved out of my assisted living home and back into her own apartment in Seattle. She is now a keto fanatic and even thinking about moving down to Arizona to help me expand the program! This proves dementia isn't some death sentence that we have to accept. I told Mikhaela Fuller (Mikhaila Peterson) about one of my residents who reversed her dementia score from 15 to 26 in less than a year. The MoCA test scores cognitive function from 0 to 30. • <21 is full dementia • 21 to 26 is mild cognitive decline • 27 to 30 is what a healthy person scores One of my residents came in scoring 15. She had full-blown dementia and was placed in my care after her doctors wasn't sure about how to help her with her recovery. Seven months later, she scored a 26, almost in the normal range. The protocols we implemented were: • Keto diet • Regular walks outside in the sun • Regular strength training with our coach • Hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions weekly • And a few others She moved out of my assisted living home and back into her own apartment in Seattle. She is now a keto fanatic and even thinking about moving down to Arizona to help me expand the program! This proves dementia isn't some death sentence that we have to accept.
