Most people would surprised how many things seed oils are in. It quite literally would take you far more effort to find foods without them then with them.

There are still people here with PhD and MD after their names who say that seed oils are heart-healthy. I can assure you they are not.

Finally! Someone else gets it. I cured my ulcerative colitis by eliminating seed oils out of my diet. Stop eating processed food along with fast food and eliminate artificial sweeteners. No meds for 7 years now. Symptom free.

Some fast food chains use FAKE butter. I know it’s fast food but this is still crazy to me. I’m not sure why you would add garbage seed oils like canola or soybean to something as sacred and nutritious as butter. Is it maybe that cheaper oils = more profits? When that comes at a price of declining human health, I have to call this out. Eat real butter and avoid seed oil butter!
