RFK Jr. is 72 years old and can still do 20 pull-ups in one go. JD Vance recently adopted his diet and dropped some serious weight. But it's not easy to eat and exercise like Bobby Kennedy. Here's the daily routine that keeps him young: • 6:00 AM —... show more

I’d much rather have him heading health in this country than the previous administration clowns!

I never trust an overweight doctor who tells me what I need to do to be healthy. The people who actually know what they're talking about lead by example by taking serious care of their own health first. Kennedy is certainly one of those people.

Literally my favorite member of Trump's cabinet. Nothing but respect for the man.

Sec Bobby Jr. gets my vote for Man of the Year award. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He’s the top cabinet member for productivity and keeping his promises. He’s helping improve our lives! RFK, Jr., thank you!⭐️🇺🇸🙏🏻

My Daddio is 87. Eats really healthy, bikes 25 hard miles 3 times a week. Cuts his own firewood for heat. Amazing. His older brother does the same.

Stop eating processed foods, they are poison. I'm 60, do intense work outs. If I start eating processed foods or sugar my joints and body hurt. But it is worse than that. The processed foods are affecting testosterone levels resulting in emasculated men. Real men eat real food.

Clip from @lexfridman podcast.

Let me correct that.... If you want to lose weight and enjoy what you eat do what Kennedy does. When you eliminate all the garbage and eat whole foods. You start to crave whole foods, and they taste a thousand times better than the junk. Cook your food correctly. The smell is amazing, and it marinates in your mouth. Life changing!

Bottom line - discipline. Most diets fail because of lack of discipline. It takes serious discipline to maintain that routine for 50 years.

people ask the wrong question not what do i feel like eating but rather how is what i eat going to make me feel...

Completely agree with Kennedy. Actually - these are mostly all common sense things. To be honest - whoever doesn’t agree is a moron, I say that in a delicate way. With the exception of those who have serious health issues as a given. Pics are me. I met Kennedy at club Anatomy in Miami years ago! Pump pics are 2021-2022, the other is now. Hi @RobertKennedyJr! Good to see you in good health! Any tree that yields fruit will ultimately have stones thrown at it - remember that and god bless. My mother also says hi 👋🏻

20 pull-ups at 72 isn't the carnivore diet, it's the 50 years of 35-minute sessions.

Same diet but lots of fruit and no alcohol.

You forgot to mention TRT, which he did talk about in this video.

Correction: he takes a ton of vitamins and nutrients. Says so in this video.

My wife and I are his age, and we eat the same diet. No sugar, no grains, read ingredients and our daily schedule is almost identical. We do not need to take supplements because they are in our food. We also take no medications. The "eat human food" diet works and we feel great.

No mention of TRT? Just the sauerkraut?

All the more reason to stop the B Gates agenda.

Impressive, but it would be even more impressive if could take the mRNA „vaccines“ off the market.

Me: Up at 4am. Leave for work by 4:30am Drive Work Drive Work Drive Work Home by 7:30-8pm Work till 11pm Dinner Sleep 11:30pm 6 days/week

Rfk jr is TRT therapy. Which means he takes testosterone

JD is lowkey funny.

Wait. He has his first meal at 12 noon and his last at 6pm and he only eats protein and fermented vegetables in that 6 hour window? Good on him, he looks amazing but that sounds as boring as 🦇💩!

Some of us poor folk can't afford beef every day, let alone kosher beef..

Let’s be fair: TRT plays a role here. You are NOT 72 with that muscle mass and not using TRT, and or GH.

@TheRealKlimczak We aren’t going to mention the TRT?

RFK Jr's daily routine and diet is why at 72 he is in better shape and can out work a 20 year old. You Sit ~ You Rust! Garbage In ~ Garbage Out! Live like RFK Jr and enjoy a long, healthy and vigorous life!

Amazing. I’ll be 72 next month and he’s doing better than mr, but there’s always hope.

You are absolutely amazing, Robert. Personally, I think you're an outstanding young 72 years old, and are a shining example of what one can do if only one truly makes a real effort. @RobertKennedyJr for the skeptics , intermitten fasting definitely works and can be life saving

He's on TRT 1000%, diet is key, but that's not kimchi.

Bobby is also on a strong protocol of TRT.

Dude must fart like an underwater volcano with all that protein and fermented plantlife.

My mother is about the same age, last year she showed my niece that she can still stand on her head! Before you call BS, there is video proof lol... Some of those boomers have great genetics...

You forgot the testosterone

He also has and is probably on peptides! Who wrote this article? Some of it is not truthful! RFK supports peptides which are natural!

President Trump had the entire White House Correspondents’ Dinner CRACKING UP with a savage roast of RFK Jr. The line that stole the show was when Trump dropped a wild punchline about raccoon roadkill appetizers. TRUMP: “I hope that everyone finally got to enjoy their entire very delicious beef tenderloin.” “It was very special beef and I want you all to know that Bobby Kennedy, who’s right here, personally ran over the cow in his car.” [Audience erupts in laughter] “And he cut it up and brought it here for you to eat tonight so it’s very fresh.” “And Bobby also suggested an appetizer featuring his favorite cut of male raccoon roadkill but we drew the line at that, Cheryl.” “We said no, we’re not going to do that. We’re not doing that.” “We love Bobby, I tell you. He’s a piece of work. It is fun but he’s a very different kind of a person, I will tell you.” “But he has what it takes and he’s smart and he loves the country and he wants people to be made to feel good.”
