RFK Jr. Reveals the Shocking Reason Why Vaccine Makers Are Shielded from Liability After getting hammered with lawsuits over the DTP vaccine, Wyeth (now Pfizer) went to President Reagan with a warning: give us legal protection, or we’ll stop making vaccines. President Reagan asked Wyeth why they couldn’t make...

I love that Trump is now sounding the alarm on this. But for real: "If a product is safe, why do you need to give the manufacturer essentially blanket immunity to liability for the injuries that that product causes?"

What's crazy is how closed minded millions of people are when it comes to vaccines. Who wouldn't want to know the information if vaccines weren't safe? Who would want to let their kids get vaccinated if it wasn't safe. I'm SO pissed off I was misled and my children were vaccinated.

RFK Jr. Exposes the Vaccine Industry’s Own Words: “Unavoidably Unsafe” In a stunning revelation, RFK Jr. recounted a pivotal 1980s meeting between Wyeth (now Pfizer) and the Reagan White House. With his uncle—then head of the Senate health committee—present, pharmaceutical executives delivered a blunt ultimatum: “We are losing $20 in downstream liability for every $1 we make in profits. Unless you grant us immunity, we’ll shut down vaccine production.” Reagan’s response? “Why don’t you make the vaccine safe?” The industry’s answer? “Because vaccines are unavoidably unsafe.” That phrase isn’t just rhetoric—it’s enshrined in the preamble of the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) and later upheld in the Bruesewitz v. Wyeth Supreme Court decision. Yet today, when officials and corporations insist vaccines are “safe and effective,” they omit their own legal admission: the products carry inherent risks. This isn’t about anti-science; it’s about transparency and consent. Every medical intervention involves risk appraisal. The question is: Who gets to decide? The individual—or a system that shields corporations from accountability while mandating their products? The cognitive dissonance is deafening. If vaccines are truly “unavoidably unsafe,” shouldn’t the choice to accept that risk remain with the people—not imposed by force? Freedom means the right to ask questions. And the right to say no.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr answers the difficult question, "Are there any vaccines that are good?" #RFKJr says some of the live virus vaccines are probably averting more problems they are causing but there is no vaccine that is safe and effective. Here's the problem... The polio vaccine contained a virus called simian virus 40 (SV 40). It's one of the most carcinogenic materials that is known to man. It is used now by scientists in labs around the world to induce tumors in rats and guinea pigs. 98 million people who got that vaccine (including his generation) had this explosion of soft tissue cancers that killed many more people than polio ever did. Bobby says if you ask him if the polio vaccine was effective he is going to say YES. But if you ask him did it cause more death than avert he would say he doesn't know because there is no data on it. The most popular vaccine in the world is the DTP (Diphtheria, tetanus, & pertussis) vaccine. It was introduced in the United States in 1980. It caused so many injuries that the manufacturer (Wyeth) told Ronald Regan's administration that his company was paying $20 in downstream liabilities for every $1 that they were making in profits. They were going to get out of the business unless the government gave them permanent immunity from liability. Reagan asked why they didn't just make the vaccine safe. The response was "Vaccines are unavoidably unsafe". You can't make them safe. So when Reagan wrote the bill and passed it, the bill says in its preambles "Because vaccines are unavoidably unsafe." There was a Supreme Court Case (Bruesewitz) that upheld this bill and uses the same language, vaccines cannot be made safe. According to the law they are unavoidably unsafe. The DTP vaccine was discontinued in the United States and Europe because so many kids were being injured by it. However, the World Health Organization (WHO) and Bill Gates gives it to hundreds of millions African children every year. Gates went to the Danish government and asked them to support this program. He claims tens of millions of kids were saved from dying from DTP. The Danish government asked to see the data but Gates couldn't provide it. So they paid for a big study with Novo Nordisk (a Scandinavian vaccine company in West Africa) and looked at the DTP vaccine with 30 years of data. They retained the best vaccine scientists in the world from the African vaccine program including Peter Aaby, Sigrid Morganson and a bunch of others and they were shocked by what the found.... The vaccine was preventing kids from getting DTP but the girls who got the vaccine were 10 times more likely to die over the next 6 months than children who didn't get it. Why is that? They weren't dying from anything anybody ever associated with the vaccine they were dying from anemia, bilharzia, malaria, sepsis, pulmonary respiratory disease, and pneumonia. This research was found by people who were all pro-vaccine. The DTP vaccine was providing protection against the target illnesses but it had ruined the children's immune systems and they couldn't defend themselves against random infections that were harmless to most children. Bobby concludes by admitting that you can't prove this link but you can show statistically that if you get the DTP vaccine you are more likely to die over the next six months than if you don't. These types of studies, unfortunately, are not done for any other vaccines. A vote for #KennedyShanahan24 will guarantee studies like this will be done for all vaccines. #RFKJr2024 #Kennedy24

Vaccine Makers Admitted Vaccines Are Inherently Unsafe—So the Reagan Administration Gave Them Legal Immunity (Bret Weinstein on Joe Rogan) In a revelatory conversation on The Joe Rogan Experience, Bret Weinstein laid out the stunning backstory: Vaccine manufacturers admitted to the Reagan administration that their products were too risky to produce without legal protection. Their solution? A sweeping deal in 1986 that granted them total immunity from lawsuits. The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act didn’t just create VAERS and a special court for injury claims—it removed all accountability. Weinstein and Rogan connected the dots: With no fear of lawsuits, pharmaceutical companies could expand the childhood vaccine schedule aggressively, injecting infants with an unprecedented number of doses from birth. The public was sold a story of safety and necessity, but the fine print told a different story: If vaccines were truly safe, why did manufacturers demand legal immunity? The answer, they argued, is profit. Without liability, there’s no incentive to prioritize safety over scale. And when mRNA technology arrived, it was marketed as a breakthrough under the trusted “vaccine” label—even though many rely on adjuvants that hyperactivate the immune system, potentially causing lifelong sensitivities. Yet, none of this is part of the public conversation. This isn’t about rejecting vaccines. It’s about facing an uncomfortable truth: A system built on legal immunity is a system that prioritizes corporate interests over public health. The Reagan administration’s deal didn’t just protect pharma—it set the stage for decades of unchecked expansion, where dissent is silenced and history is erased. The question we should all be asking: If vaccines are as safe as we’re told, why did they need legal protection in the first place?

From 7 Shots to 84: The 1986 Law That Made Vaccine Makers Untouchable Attorney Aaron Siri highlights a stark legal anomaly: vaccines are the only product where the US government, via DOJ attorneys, defends the manufacturer against injured consumers in the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). This system was born from a crisis. Leading up to 1986, the CDC schedule included just 3 routine childhood vaccines (DTP, OPV, MMR) totaling 7 injections. Liability from these few products was so catastrophic that it drove every manufacturer to exit the market, risking the nation's vaccine supply. Congress's response was the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. But instead of mandating safer products, the law took a different path. Siri describes the "original sin" as two-fold: 1. It allowed companies to continue selling products known to cause harm without the pressure to make them safer. 2. It granted them comprehensive legal immunity for all future vaccines. This fundamental shift, Siri argues, altered the entire landscape. It changed how clinical trials are conducted and fostered a culture where regulators see themselves as "partners with manufacturers." The result of this protected, liability-free market? A childhood schedule that has ballooned from 3 vaccines and 7 injections to 19 vaccines and 84 injections. The law designed to save the vaccine supply may have also removed the core incentive for safety innovation, fueling an unprecedented expansion.
