Sutton is the ultimate Karen. She doesn't see color. She treats her employees like they're beneath her. She clutches her pearls at Magic Mike. She minimizes Dorit's robbery n jokes that she didn't have a gun held to her head. She pokes Erika and then cries when Erika fights back.
