Hey, you 🫵🏿🫵🏿 When making Nigerian fried rice, make sure to FRY YOUR RICE with onions, veg oil and unsalted butter (on low heat for about 3-5 mins) before boiling with chicken or turkey stock. Stock not water 🌚 WASH YOUR RICE MULTIPLE TIMES .. AT LEAST 5 TIMES (the plan is to get as much starch out of the rice as possible .. this is to avoid soggy rice). For seasoning, I only use maggi powder (because my stock is well seasoned so make sure yours is too). If you want that yellow / greenish colour, add curry and turmeric powder. Make sure to FRY your veggies. Fry with unsalted butter and vegetable oil. If you’re using shrimp / prawns .. fry, remove and set aside. Do not fry it with your veggies otherwise it’ll become rubbery and hard. Add once rice is done. If you’re adding liver, boil and fry in a separate pan before adding it to your veggies. You can use fresh or frozen veggies (if you’re using frozen, make sure to defrost it first). In my opinion, less is more with fried rice, don’t over complicate it with veggies. Once again, Setara golden basmati rice is your guy (any golden sella basmati rice will do)

When you see a man getting beaten by his wife… Don’t help him. Yes, don’t. Because he doesn’t deserve it. All his life he thought giving everything to a woman would bring him respect. He forgot to build himself — physically, mentally, financially. We’ve seen men transfer entire properties to their wife’s name just to “show respect.” Men compromise, adjust, and quietly take her abuse just because “she’s a woman.” They think being soft and feminine with her will get them love. It doesn’t. First, build yourself. Women don’t love the man who cries and submits. They respect the man who dominates. That’s a real man.

For so long, violence by women has been seen as a joke. Something to roll your eyes, laugh, and smile at; the butt of a thousand SitComs gags, the target of endless excuses, and outrageous rebukes of ‘its not that bad’, ‘she didn’t mean to’, ‘he deserved it’, etc. So many people think, a man who is being abused by his female partner has to simply endure it, to hide and run away. Some think a man who does so is weak. Others believe a man's physical strength makes him impervious to such acts of violence by a woman, and we needn’t spare a moments thought. Well, it was only a few weeks ago, when I was contacted by the wife of a man who was formerly in the SAS, who in a previous relationship was driven to a suicide attempt due to abuse against him. This is a man trained to kill, and endure, by the most elite special forces on the planet, being driven to a suicide attempt by a woman half his size. Clearly our notion of violent, abusive women is not quite right. So do popular depictions of female violence against men have to change? And how can we ever expect male victims of abuse to seek help, when all they see is this sicking parade of jokes, skits and minimisation, with them as the protagonist? What do you think? 🚨#BREAKING: Tyjuan Crenshaw, a man who works with special needs children, saw a young man being BEATEN IN THE STREET. He stepped in and saved the man and chased the attacker off... ...AND THE POLICE ARRESTED HIM FOR IT He was charged with assault. Tyjuan is a MANDATORY REPORTER because he works with special needs kids. He is LEGALLY REQUIRED to step in when he sees a vulnerable person being abused. Crenshaw says he saw a man beating a vulnerable young man on Baylor's Lane in Petersburg, Virginia. In his words: "He was beating the hell out of him. After he dropped, he hit him across his head five more times." So Crenshaw stepped in. He says the man told him to mind his own business... then went and got a dog to sic on him. He stood his ground and protected the man until the police got there. When the police showed up, they arrested CRENSHAW. Charged him with assault and listed the man he was trying to stop as the VICTIM!!! But here's the kicker. TWO DAYS LATER, police arrested that same man, Harold Parker, and charged him with ABUSE AND NEGLECT OF AN INCAPACITATED ADULT. The exact thing Crenshaw said he was trying to stop! You all see them post videos like this and you think it's just content? When you're a weak man, a woman will always expose you on the internet. Most times, it's not intentional. It's just as a relax to how women react towards the kind of man they're with. She knows she can disrespect and embarrass you on the internet and you won't do anything about it. Even looking at alabi personality, you'll know he's a calm guy, yet he married a woman who's feisty. Not only is she older than him, she looks like a person who beats him occasionally. A woman who could mock and ridicule a little girl begging on the streets and still posted it on the internet, how do you expect such a woman to treat you? At the end of the day, this is what happens when you marry a senior man, a woman who doesn't regard you and one you can't control. Settle for rubbish and you'll see crazy. The game might be brutal but it's still fair.

The man on the hike stops and they have words almost leading to a fight. Learn what they eat, where they sleep, where they travel, and why. Become a silent stalker, watching their every move from a safe distance. Study their food and its food and its food and its food, etc. Spend as much time with them in the wild as you can, and you will be greatly rewarded with wisdom you won’t find in any book. Sit with them through their celebrated triumphs, necessary failures, and personal losses. You will quickly see that they are all emotional beings, and when you become emotionally invested in them, a new world will present itself to you and your camera. I can’t stress this enough. This is the single most important thing you can do to improve your experiences with the wild world and your camera of choice.
