Hey, you 🫵🏿🫵🏿 When making Nigerian fried rice, make sure to FRY YOUR RICE with onions, veg oil and unsalted butter (on low heat for about 3-5 mins) before boiling with chicken or turkey stock. Stock not water 🌚 WASH YOUR RICE MULTIPLE TIMES .. AT LEAST 5 TIMES (the plan is to get as much starch out of the rice as possible .. this is to avoid soggy rice). For seasoning, I only use maggi powder (because my stock is well seasoned so make sure yours is too). If you want that yellow / greenish colour, add curry and turmeric powder. Make sure to FRY your veggies. Fry with unsalted butter and vegetable oil. If you’re using shrimp / prawns .. fry, remove and set aside. Do not fry it with your veggies otherwise it’ll become rubbery and hard. Add once rice is done. If you’re adding liver, boil and fry in a separate pan before adding it to your veggies. You can use fresh or frozen veggies (if you’re using frozen, make sure to defrost it first). In my opinion, less is more with fried rice, don’t over complicate it with veggies. Once again, Setara golden basmati rice is your guy (any golden sella basmati rice will do)

For so long, violence by women has been seen as a joke. Something to roll your eyes, laugh, and smile at; the butt of a thousand SitComs gags, the target of endless excuses, and outrageous rebukes of ‘its not that bad’, ‘she didn’t mean to’, ‘he deserved it’, etc. So many people think, a man who is being abused by his female partner has to simply endure it, to hide and run away. Some think a man who does so is weak. Others believe a man's physical strength makes him impervious to such acts of violence by a woman, and we needn’t spare a moments thought. Well, it was only a few weeks ago, when I was contacted by the wife of a man who was formerly in the SAS, who in a previous relationship was driven to a suicide attempt due to abuse against him. This is a man trained to kill, and endure, by the most elite special forces on the planet, being driven to a suicide attempt by a woman half his size. Clearly our notion of violent, abusive women is not quite right. So do popular depictions of female violence against men have to change? And how can we ever expect male victims of abuse to seek help, when all they see is this sicking parade of jokes, skits and minimisation, with them as the protagonist? What do you think? If you are White and you get in a fight with a black person and happen to use a racial slur you will be charged with a hate crime. Even if the black person rushes towards you and kicks you first. Did the black say any racial slurs? They won't even mention it. They'll make sure everyone knows you're White. If you are a group of 3 young college White woman sitting on your porch and a mob of feral blacks viciously attacks you on your property while yelling racial slurs, they won't investigate it as a hate crime, instead they will tell you to stay inside when the violent blacks show up. If you are a White man and a black man attacks you and you shoot them in self defense without killing them you will spend months in jail, the judge will stop Whites from helping you get out, and the violent black who attacked you first won't be charged even if there is proof that it was premeditated online. If you are a Black career criminal and you stab a White woman in the neck on a train and murder her in cold blood while saying "I got that White girl" you get marked IST and the media turns you into the victim. If you are a violent black teenager who stabs a White student in the heart after being caught near their belongings you will get over a million dollars donated to you and you'll get to sit on house arrest in a mansion while your trial is pending. If you murder your White babies the left will sympathize with you and say it isn't your fault. 540,000 black on White violent crimes a year and they get painted as the victim because THIS IS A WEAPON. And you are the target. I can go on and on. The time to step up is now. We have to change this now. We can not tolerate this at all. Do your part in fixing this. They have legalized and are promoting killing and hurting White people.
