Finally, the elites and sports media are comfortable enough to be honest about the Caleb Williams mistake. Williams is a total mistake. He’s a bench guy. He’ll never continue to start and be successful. Brock Purdy is head and shoulders above most quarterbacks in the league. Any team would take him right now to trade straight across. The Niner fan need to chill the fuck out.

As usual people doubt Purdy but... as Rookie starting half a season got to the NFCCG Second year SB Third year not great with the WHOLE team being awful/injured "Big Time" Caleb rookie year? Not good. The only thing Purdy needs is a good OL Caleb needs a lot or adjusting 🤷🏻‍♂️

Any legitimate football scout who is not a fraud would have passed over Caleb Williams after they witnessed how he ended his career at USC and completely tanked that program because of his selfishness and his soft football play

When he was referencing why he changed what he was doing in the middle of the game and came off of playing so much zone and went exclusively to man coverage, he was like 'Purdy was identifying what we were doing and ripping apart our zone. We could not stay in that defense because of who Brock Purdy was as a player. So we had to put more on our corners and play more man defense.'
