Bill Moore, Paul Bennewitz, and Richard Doty Short clip that briefly covers the Bennewitz affair. Bill Moore was one of the most prominent UFO researchers of the 1980s. Secretly he was knowingly distributing disinfo as well as helping keep tabs on the UFO community for the Air Force in exchange for sensitive UFO information. Richard Doty was one of the Air Force officers facilitating this relationship. Moore felt he could deduce fact from fiction. This psychological operation eventually reached Paul Bennewitz who had been filming experimental military drone technology outside Kirtland Air Force Base. This is a small excerpt from one of my documentaries released in 2021. This story is very vast and intricate and there are many books and documentaries that flesh this timeline out better. While having a warrant out for his arrest. Our amazing team tracked him down in Yorktown, Texas, and lead Dewitt County Sheriffs to him. Adios (again) Richard!
