Why doesn’t he just sing the songs as they are meant to be ? It’s the little bits he tries to change that kill it unfortunately.

Well, he’s not Jon. Just from the get go it won’t be the same because of the vocal.

Richie is definetly not ok, you can read between the lines of his intro speach. I hope he gets over whatever demons hes facing and keep rocking! Hoping for him and @TheRealPhilX playing together in Bon Jovi.

I hung around for the solo thinking at least that would be good…then he hits bad notes. He should know it like the back of his hand.

So out of tune 🎶 🤦 all of it - his voice and guitar. Sad to see him perform so far below his former self.

I’m all for putting a spin on a song you helped write. But not a different song. Had Richie sang this on the record, nobody would know who he is.

I think that the guys below this tweet saying that Richie sounds wonderful, say one week earlier that Jon sound awful. And invertely.😁 I would just say that he screwed up the solo and the lyrics, unfortunately.

That was horrible. Now I see why Bon Jovi replaced him and never took him back. Why is he playing Bon Jovi songs? He doesn’t have any material of his own? Is he now just a Bon Jovi tribute band now?

Wanted was quite a bit better. Sounds like Richie just has been sitting around a bit too long and needs to bit of work to knock off the rust.
