These past few days have felt so heavy, so full of sorrow. My heart hurts, and I can feel the weight on my brothers and sisters in Christ too. Normally I like to share light or funny things, but right now I just can’t. Still, we can’t let what has happened steal our joy. The joy of the Lord is our strength, and we need that strength most in times like these. So even if I can’t be funny today, I can remind us of something good: be grateful. Hold your loved ones close. Pray and thank God for the roof over your head, the food on your table, and most of all, for His promise that the victory is already ours in Christ. Good morning, and happy Sunday 🫶
