FROM THE BETA Last weekend’s Modern Warfare 4 Early Access Beta was a great start. Across millions of matches played, infection rates were lower, hardware bans were harder to evade and our time to action improved. We also deployed new detections throughout the weekend to make cheating harder. Weekend 2 of the Modern Warfare 4 Beta, Open Access, starts later today. We’re ready. Team RICOCHET will be live, adapting detections, monitoring livestream matches and taking action throughout the weekend. We’ll have more to share following the beta as we march toward launch in October.

PC PLAYERS Reminder before you jump back in: TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot add another layer of protection alongside hardware bans and are required to play Modern Warfare 4. We are continuing to coordinate with motherboard manufacturers to make compliance updates available to as many players as possible. And we’ll continue this push after the Beta. Youse can continue to fight, continue to publish ricochet propaganda, continue to chase cheat developers, continue with the ban waves but you know what will still happen? Your games will still be plagued with cheaters shortly after release and especially in ranked.

and we will continue to combat that behavior wherever we find it.

I just hope that your actions bear fruits when the game goes live offically. Once the cheaters are gone, and I mean truly gone, the game will thrive 🤞🏼 🙌🏼

How it should be, drop on their doorstep and get them shut down! All companies should be this proactive with cheaters, if they were then cheating would be a LOT less prominent. I appreciate you finally taking more forceful steps to stop cheating and hopefully others will follow
