He’s writhing in severe pain at Northside Hospital in Georgia, screaming “I can’t take this pain anymore” and “Somebody help me, please” over and over. For a full 90 minutes he’s ignored while he pleads for relief. Eventually he gives up and leaves to try Kennestone Hospital instead. He could be suffering from something like kidney stones, but the video never actually says — either way, he’s clearly in agony. My heart hurt watching this. Why aren’t the hospital workers helping him at all? Could you really sit there and listen to a person literally on the floor begging for help and not do whatever you could to help them?
