A day after Obama ordered the intelligence community to produce a full report of the Russian election interference there were multiple reports that the CIA had determined that Russia’s intent was to hurt Clinton & help Trump get elected. This was WEEKS BEFORE the report was released. Obama couldn’t help himself and even says Russia was working to help Trump.
