Right after the October 7 terrorist attacks, anarchist and hate groups in NYC went to work protesting and targeting Jewish houses of worship. I saw it happen repeatedly. One incident that stuck with me happened at Wall Street, where a memorial and museum had been set up for the... victims of October 7. Anarchists protested directly at the entrance, yelling hateful slurs and anti-Israel hate speech. Family members of the victims trying to enter the memorial were cursed out and verbally abused. I visited the memorial myself and could smell the smoke inside and feel the attack. Another incident happened at Parkside East Synagogue, where anarchists stood at the gates yelling hateful slurs at Jewish worshippers as they entered. I was told an IAB investigation was launched into the handling of the protest, but nothing ever came out of it and eventually it went silent. Right after the Parkside East incident, former Mayor Eric Adams and a City Council member decided to push legislation to stop protesters from protesting directly in front of houses of worship, right as Adams was about to leave office. That CM claims to be a protector of the Jewish community, but in reality, it appears they sold the Jewish community out. The reality is they didn't need new legislation. All they needed was one phone call to the NYPD to push the protesters back and create a safe distance around houses of worship , but those calls were never made. Right after the legislation propaganda, Adams launched his memecoin, which he claimed would help fight antisemitism. The memecoin later crashed and investors lost their money and Jewish community was screwed again. There was also an incident in Crown Heights, in front of 770 Eastern Parkway, one of the most religiously significant Jewish holy places in New York City. Anarchists descended on the synagogue, yelling hateful slurs and attacking Jews. Thankfully, Jewish students fought back and pushed them away. I was then contacted by police sources who told me that someone in city hall allegedly ordered an investigation to find the Jewish students who pushed back and hold them accountable. Some in city hall told me that wasn't true, but people in high-ranking positions within the NYPD told me I was absolutely right and that two Jewish students were wanted. I repeatedly contacted Adams' team when anarchists protested in front of Jewish houses of worship begging them to do something I was ignored brushed off or giving some excuse. On one occasion , I was even told it was a federal issue lol But in reality a phone call could of pushed these anarchist group away from Jewish houses of worship. While I'll never agree with Mayor Zohran Mamdani's anti-Israel rhetoric, I believe he needs to stop. There are sick people who feed off this kind of rhetoric and act on it, as we've seen with recent attacks against the Jewish community. He has zero power over what happens in Israel, but his words can have consequences here in New York City. That being said, I will give credit where credit is due. After Mamdani took over and gave full authority to Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch, anarchists were never able to get as close to Jewish houses of worship again. Eric Adams is now claiming he has a win, which is ridiculous to me. I am a proud Jew and a proud Israeli. My family fought in the Six-Day War, and I still have family in the Israeli military, government, and intelligence. No amount of money, access, or clout could ever make me turn against my religion or nationality. I won't lie or sell out my community for anyone. You don't get win for this Eric.show more

JUST IN: The man who went viral for punching someone in the face, says he was a victim of four "Queers for Palestine" protesters who allegedly assaulted him. Moelis & Co banker Jonathan Kaye is claiming he was "attacked" before being caught on film throwing a punch. Kaye says he was being taunted after he told the protesters they were "on the wrong side." "He just said "you are on the wrong side", and then the four of them came at him, they threw liquids at him. He didn't know what the liquid was. They were shouting slurs at him," a friend told the Daily Mail. "He fell or he was chest bumped, and can't remember that bit. But he ended up on the pavement with them four over him." Kent " Boneface" McLellan was arrested by the FBI in Florida for domestic terrorism in May of 2012. The FBI said he and others were “preparing a terrorist act against national minorities in Florida.” He then fled to Ukraine to join Right Sector (a creation of the CIA) in 2014. In 2022, he returned to Ukraine and was reportedly deported. Now he’s back in Florida where he’s active in the local Nazi scene. Yesterday he was on I-4 with a group of Nazis who were saying they support Joe Biden while they were waving swastika flags and shouting slurs at me because I am Jewish. There is no way you get away with all of that after being arrested by the FBI for domestic terrorism, and there’s no way you get away with traveling to Ukraine to fight in a foreign war as an American Citizen defected mercenary unless you are some type of FBI or CIA informant.

This family was at the beach. They got there early and set up in front so they could watch their kids play in the water. Then this family shows up and they set up in front of them. 🤯 There was no one to the left or the right of them. Clear as could be. 😳 A lot of people said they should have moved closer so no one could set up in front of them. But many others said if the beach was open and there was no one to the left or right of them then that is just plain rude. I always leave a little sand in front in case my kids want to play or we usually throw our boogie boards in front. I’d have been irritated and would have asked them to move. 💯 What do you think? Was it rude of the second family to take their view away and set up in front of them or is it the first family’s fault for not setting up closer so no one could be in front of them?

One beautiful story from Pogi Challenge: Norwegian young cyclist and my friend Patrick Mork who is 15 years old: “I was at the Pogi challenge, which was a beautiful experience by itself, but then when Tadej rode next to me and then in front of me of course I asked him for his sunglasses (while I was pushing 7 W/kg 🤭), he said to meet him after the finish that he would give them to me. And when I arrived at the finish, he was right there doing the interviews, he knew who I was and he gave them to me without hesitation. It was absolutely beautiful and I got 17th place out of like 1300 peopleand I hope one day I will race against Pogi in a race.”

Rabbi Zvi Kogan often asked me to send him the photos I regularly post on my WhatsApp status of Sheikh Mohammed and the House of Nahyan. When I asked him why, he said it was because he was so grateful to live in the UAE. Zvi and the Jewish community are among the most loyal people I’ve ever known to the UAE and its leadership. They truly appreciated the UAE, loved its leaders, and regularly prayed for them. Zvi told me he was living the dream of Jews and Muslims coming together—this is how he and the Jewish community in the UAE felt. May God bless his memory forever. P.S. I’ve attached the photo of Sheikh Mohammed and his son Khaled that Zvi had asked me about.

Sorry if I did not answer many of you. I’ve never been a fan of the online eulogy. The immediate fallout is always about loved ones. And we should leave those closest be. And then I realised of course I was just incredibly upset, and a large digital outpouring is inevitable and testament to his character. My devastation came from having to watch it all unfold. From spending years trying to help and actually getting him close to a point where he almost had a normal life again - then being powerless to stop him doing things he should not have. Powerless in every sense as it also meant it sometimes not being my place to say anything. In the end watching some of the evil shits around enable the worst of it was too much for me, I had to step back it was too painful to watch. I told my mate who was filling in for me looking after him “ah I just need some space from it all, I’ll be back with him after Christmas” and then suddenly there was no Christmas. And it turned out no one was to blame, and I immediately looked to blame myself most of all, fearing the worst. But it was a simple accident in the end. A bolt out of the blue. So if you are ever estranged or overwhelmed by friends and family and think it will all be OK one day - DON’T put it off. Reach out now. Grab that person and hold them tight. There may not be a tomorrow. You might not be around to see them off. There may not be the grand luxury of time available you thought there was. He died in the arms of his beloved son, and that is a measure of comfort, if a passing can ever have any. He was my mentor, my friend and my glad burden. And there was nothing I would not do for him.

$I’ve never shared the full inside baseball on the inside fastball that broke my jaw April 5, 2008 at Ole Miss, we were facing projected 1st rounder and future Big Leaguer, Lance Lynn Before it became widespread, Lance had success pitching towards the top of the zone with a fastball that appeared to rise He got me out my first at bat on a high fastball that I should have laid off So my 2nd at bat I told myself to see the ball down in the zone My eyes jumped from his release point to the area I was trying to see the ball down to. I never ended up seeing the pitch until .01 before it hit me If you’ve ever gotten hit in the face, you don’t know what happened at first. So it took me about half a second to realize what happened When I did, I fully expected to spit teeth out and when I leaned over to spit and saw that only blood came out, I assumed I was fine Then I heard the Ole Miss head coach yell “it hit his bat,” because the cracking of my jaw sounded like a foul ball off a mental bat I turned around and yelled “shut the fuck up” at their dugout and proceeded on to first base My trainer came up to me and his first words were “oh fuck,” Knowing that was poor bedside manner, and that I was probably very fucked up, I joked “you’re not supposed to say that,” At that point I knew I was coming out of the game but I was so full of adrenaline that it didn’t hurt and wouldn’t begin to hurt for a couple hours Both the pitcher and coach felt so bad after it happened that both came to apologize to me at the end of the inning while I was beside their dugout being tended to by my trainer and their doctor I actually had to walk to the parking lot through the stadium seats and all the fans looked at me in horror as I had a white bloody rag hanging off my face. It was surreal watching their reactions to my blood We drove over to an Oxford medical center that was clearly not the best location for me to be in, so my coach’s wife drive me up to Nashville to get surgery that night We got swept that weekend and I got my jaw wired shut for the first of 6 weeks I stupidly tried to come back and play the following week. My coaches let me as I was medically cleared to hit with a face mask, but the rest of my season I was a different hitter I was hitting .400 at the time of the fracture, 2nd in the SEC, with 2 months left in the season I finished the year hitting .312. Meaning I flipped from one of the best hitters in the conference to one of the worst before and after the incident Despite finishing my Vandy career 7th on their all time hit list, this play is what I hear about the most when I return I’ve been lucky that I haven’t had much issues with my jaw thus far post incident, although I did find out that 2 of the nerves of the impacted teeth are dead, and I will likely need to get one of those teeth extracted at some point When they showed me the X Ray it was a clear break. A scary image that could have been WAY worse if it were 3 inches higher, as I likely would not be able to see out of my left eye (and wouldn’t be as handsome as I am) Anyway, to have interesting ideas you must have interesting experiences and this was certainly one$

Today I had my first demo drive in a Tesla. It was also my first time ever sitting in one. This was the first car I’ve ever sat in the driver’s seat of where I didn’t touch the steering wheel for over 20 miles. Before I even got to the car, the people who had demoed it before me were an older married couple who were absolutely euphoric. They thought it was so cool that the car could drive itself. The Tesla employee told me this happens all the time. People come back from demo drives and tell the next test driver that they’re about to have an amazing experience. Little did I know, I’d end up carrying on the torch to the next couple demoing it after me. There was a ton of construction where I demoed the car, and FSD handled the entire drive extremely well. And yes, it can go through a drive-thru and stop at each window. The only thing I had to do was tap the pedal because it wouldn’t leave on its own, but it was still wild seeing the AI stop perfectly at the second window and wait. There are a million things I could write about why a Tesla feels like a better car and how much more it offers compared to a regular car. But for now, I’ll stick to FSD. There were only two moments that made me a little uneasy. The first was pretty minor. The car slightly hesitated going up a driveway, but quickly made up its mind. The second was more noticeable. I didn’t realize the car was nagging me. Once I touched the steering wheel, nothing happened, so I pulled it right a little harder, then let go. After that, the car turned left and crossed a double yellow on a backroad. (and yes I know you can sue the volume knob) I’m not totally sure if it was trying to pull over or what it was doing. I wanted to see how it would handle the situation, but there were cars coming, so I took over and corrected it. One of the coolest moments was when I thought FSD was glitching because it came to a complete stop in the middle of a busy road. Then I looked around and realized why. On the right side, there was a bicyclist waiting at a yellow crosswalk. The cars behind me didn’t honk, and the Tesla stopping actually incentivized another car in the right lane to stop and let him pass. The car is almost too nice to pedestrians, because 99.999% of humans would’ve blown through that, especially with no flashing light. For 99.9% of the drive, the car navigated confidently and smoothly. It was a real “feel the AGI” moment. Please do not let the media, the general public, or anyone else convince you that this technology is just some kind of auto assist or glorified cruise control. This is undoubtedly getting extremely close to feeling superhuman. You still have to pay attention to the road, but after experiencing it myself, I’d be shocked if HW4 Teslas aren’t unsupervised within the next couple years. The car was extremely smooth. There was no harsh braking, and it even avoided something in the road that I didn’t see. Driving with FSD made me realize I probably wasn’t driving as well as I could be. Hopefully, eventually, everyone’s car can be as mindful as a Tesla. I’ve never seen a brand so far removed from the public’s sentiment. I’m so happy I ordered one.

Today was the day. I gifted my mother $10,000. Something I dreamed of in the start of my trading journey. My parents have always been there for me. At first they didn’t believe in my journey, yet still they supported me. I promised them MULTIPLE TIMES that I was going to take care of them, yet the only thing they did was laugh it off. Yet here we are. Why do I trade? To provide to my family and to the ones that supported me. To achieve all the goals that 18 year old me set out to achieve. I was lost, yet I didn’t stop because I knew that I had bigger things planned for me. Was it hard? Absolutely. Was it worth it? Absolutely. After 3 years of putting the work in, I became profitable, and now, 5 years in, I’m able to provide to myself and my family…and that’s the only thing I care about.

The road was grueling and full of obstacles. First, I went to Egypt, where I waited a full year just to secure a Turkish visa. From Turkey, I attempted to cross into Greece. I failed twice, enduring imprisonment both times. It was only on my third attempt that I finally reached Greek soil. Once there, I was placed in a refugee camp for a year, waiting for a residence permit. But the moment I finally received it, my life was shattered again: I was unjustly imprisoned for four years. My trial was a sham, and it became deeply clear to me that refugees are not treated equally under the law there. Eventually, I was released. Seeking a fresh start, I traveled to Berlin, where I met my wife and we were married. Together, we moved to the Netherlands to apply for asylum. I truly believed that the Netherlands, as a nation built on human rights, would understand our plight. Because I am an innocent man and had absolutely nothing to hide, I was entirely honest with the authorities. I openly told them about my imprisonment in Greece. Tragically, my honesty was weaponized against me. We were shuttled endlessly between different reception centers. During this time, my wife became pregnant. I’m still riding the high from today. The Tulsa Oilers Jewish Heritage Game was incredible. It was one of those rare moments that makes you feel like you’re watching the American promise actually happen in real time. Because what happened in that arena was simple, and it was enormous. We lived openly and proudly as Jews. In public. In our city. With joy. With confidence. With thousands of our neighbors cheering alongside us. There are moments lately when Jews are reminded, sometimes subtly, sometimes not, that we’re “supposed” to keep it down. Don’t be too visible. Don’t be too proud. Don’t ask for too much. Today was the opposite of that. Today was: we’re here. Today was: we belong. Today was: we’re proud. I looked around that arena and felt my chest tighten from emotion. That blue jersey with the Magen David. And we didn’t just have a fun night, we made history. This is the first time Jewish Heritage Game jerseys have been worn in a professional sports game. Think about that. In Tulsa. In 2026. With a packed arena. With our neighbors joining in. With Jewish pride celebrated. And what moved me most was this. It wasn’t only Jews wearing it. So many of our non-Jewish neighbors wore it too. If you’re Jewish, you know that’s not just “nice.” That’s deeply meaningful. The Magen David carries memory. It carries history. It carries everything our people have walked through. To see it worn proudly, by people who simply wanted to say, “We’re with you. You belong here,” was a kind of decency that restores your faith in people. That’s Tulsa. And it’s also America at its best. A country where you don’t have to erase yourself to belong, where identity isn’t a liability, where you can be fully who you are and still be fully part of the “we.” I’m proud of Jewish Tulsa. Proud of how our community showed up, joyful, confident, unafraid to celebrate who we are. And I’m proud of this city. Proud of the Tulsa Oilers organization for doing this with excellence and heart.
