Right flank pain. What is the diagnosis?

A big right sided suprarenal mass, adrenal adenoma or renal cell carcinoma, multiple calcifications in aorta and common iliac arteries. Age is 76 so these calcifications are normal.

It’s a renal mass

If there was an axial view, I would have said. So the main differential is now renal cell carcinoma. Still good for me, I am not a radiologist.

A cystic formation of right renal pole According to pain characteristics I would differentiate the diagnosis cause I'm not a radiologist. Noticed a small calcification on the upper part, subcapaular renal hematoma would be as well.

Mass right upper renal pole, Could it be having cystic areas And if not Can I give it a differential of a RCC

Pssh everyone talking about the mass on the kidney, but the answer is clearly poop. Lots of poop. And lupus. Third on the differential would be renal carcinoma.
