Right upper pulmonary vein technique easily deploys ASD device when the conventional technique fails repeatedly. If the second attempt to deploy the device fails, I move to right upper pulmonary vein technique. We do all ASD device with just fluoro and TTE guidance, not TEE.

I tried selling an iPhone on Cashify just to check their services and it turned out extremely poor. They quoted me 15K+ for my device initially and I was very transparent about the device condition On arrival the pickup guy himself said that if we don't drop the prices, what we gonna save. Cashify don't pickup themselves, they have partnered with third parties for pickup. 😂
