I think that Jurisdiction-stripping bills are the solution, not impeachment. Of course, the lower courts have already been ignoring the jurisdiction-stripping laws already in place re Court of Claims, employee disputes, and immigration disputes so need solution to that too.

Woke Right, like Woke Left, are high on their own supply. They fundamentally believe the doctrines they espouse are the magical solutions to society if only they're pushed hard enough and thoroughly enough. They consistently fail to understand that the abuses in their regimes are features of the systems they're implementing, not bugs to be worked out (by harder but "more prudent" application). They're drunk on their doctrines and believe truly that "it'll work this time" if only implemented by even more "serious" people who avoid a few small mistakes. They're also incapable of understanding the inevitable backlashes to all authoritarian applications of political power, and frankly especially to right-wing abuses. People don't like oppression, and the intrinsic destabilization of society under and after a dictator always produce this result with MASSIVE advantage to the Left. The problem in both cases is being in a cult that obtains on the following two beliefs: 1) Power is the key ingredient to solving social problems (impotence hypothesis); 2) The preferred doctrine is sacred and cannot fail but can only be failed (sacred science hypothesis).
