I think that Jurisdiction-stripping bills are the solution, not impeachment. Of course, the lower courts have already been ignoring the jurisdiction-stripping laws already in place re Court of Claims, employee disputes, and immigration disputes so need solution to that too.

They fundamentally believe the doctrines they espouse are the magical solutions to society if only they're pushed hard enough and thoroughly enough. They consistently fail to understand that the abuses in their regimes are features of the systems they're implementing, not bugs to be worked out (by harder but "more prudent" application). They're drunk on their doctrines and believe truly that "it'll work this time" if only implemented by even more "serious" people who avoid a few small mistakes.
