This is why the past rate cuts didn’t ignite prices the way realtors promised they would. Lower rates don’t matter if buyers believe waiting is still the winning strategy. And so far, waiting has paid. Wait six months and you got a better deal. Wait a year and you got an even better one. There has been no reward for urgency.
