LAWSUIT UPDATE 🚨 Day 290 of being under unlawful police investigation after SEGA colluded with City of London Police to raid my home and steal my consoles after SEGA screwed up their clearance process. A human rights lawsuit alleging violations of Articles 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 13 & 14 by SEGA /Fusion85/ City of London Police was filed in March. As of today all three defendants are in default, having not filed a valid acknowledgment of service. Once again, all parties have displayed complete disregard for lawful process in not taking a High Court Human Rights lawsuit seriously. Sega attempted to engage, using a big law firm to try and scare me in to submission by arguing my claim was “totally without merit”, claiming all their fees from me, and filing a witness statement from Daniel Finegold that confirms Lindsay Cox was responsible for the clearance. The same Lindsay who recognised me when I attempted to serve the lawsuit on SEGA in person, video attached. The full extent of that witness statement will be revealed in due course, it tells us A LOT ☕️ The police tried to send an email to the court asking for the claim to be thrown out. I’m at a loss for words with how utterly incompetent civil servants are. This has now backfired catastrophically for City of London Police the full extent of which will be revealed soon ☕️ Fusion85 have remained entirely silent, a default judgement against them will likely follow in due course. My experience as a Defenders fan going to STL America's Center & The Dome for an away game. This was a solo trip, did not bring my family on this one. The St. Louis Battlehawks home games truly are one of the special environments for United Football League. I’ve been to 4 AWAY games for DC Defenders over the last 12 months and the environment for this one was fired up! They definitely should NOT move STL to a soccer stadium if they keep showing out like they did yesterday. I got to my hotel at 1AM on game day after a late flight from the west coast. I woke up 6 hours later, walked towards the stadium and randomly caught the STL player walk-ins. Then, I walked over to the tailgate and met up with The Bottom Line and enjoyed some mimosas and breakfast burritos with Ed Ploeger and his gang. Thanks for the hospitality! I was able to get him a signed Sam Kidd jersey as a thanks for all he does for the UFL community! After the tailgate, got in for gate drop at 0930, and went straight down to the field. I was able to say hi to a few players and talk with Steven McCrane as his son was nailing 50+ yard field goals with ease. Chatted up and made peace with a few STL fans around me. Once the game started, they had the place LOUD, and my watch kept alerting me that my hearing was getting damaged 🤣 . Being there for the first ever 4 point field goal by Matt McCrane made the travel worth it. After the home fans had a few rounds of beers, the heckling began (which was expected), but I had to pop about 6 beach balls/🎈 as I became the 🎯 for drunk fans as the only DC fan in the section. I tossed the balls back a few times until I immediately got hit with about 3 balls in a row. So that part was a bit of a let down, as I was just trying to enjoy a game. The halftime show was great. Overall, the game experience itself left something to be desired with the penalties and getting harassed by fans who were clearly recording trying to get rage bait engagement on 🎥. Probably won’t be going back to a STL game again, but I’m glad got to check it out! Pregame/Tailgate: 5/5 Halftime: 5/5 Game experience: 3/5 Getting to/from stadium: 5/5

It so happened that the transporter suggested by the breeder had bad reviews, so I went to search on my own. I found a person who supposedly understands dogs (according to him - super responsible and takes full responsibility for the animal). Of all the possible problems, only a 1–2 day delay in delivery was discussed. Spoiler: they promised delivery in 3–4 days, it took 2 weeks… Before the breeder handed over the dog, this person was constantly in touch, communicating, etc. After the dog arrived in Kyiv from Kryvyi Rih, the transporter (whose name is Artem +380973444587 and his wife Alina +380 95 764 98 86 / all communication was through his wife’s number, which is listed on his website) sent us only one video. Then I explained that we had already paid for the dog and it was already ours, but nothing changed after that. The dog was taken to Moldova and they wrote: “there is no veterinarian at the border who issues the EU certificate, so we are waiting for one to appear.” We were outraged but agreed, because the agreement was for LEGAL transportation!!! Remember this moment, because later Artem (the transporter) will explain everything with this EU certificate. As it turned out later, the dog was with his relatives in Moldova, who also deal with transportation (Ruslan +373 695 71 399). The transportation of the dog was ultimately carried out by a passenger transport company (Baltik Tour — +380 63 060 5614). In the second week, we started calling, arguing, and saying that we would pick up the dog from Moldova and transport it ourselves. Eventually, we contacted Ruslan, and he said that in 2–3 days the dog would definitely be sent to us. All this time, we did not know how exactly the dog would be transported - we were told that it would travel ALONE WITH THE DRIVER. In the end, the dog was sent to us. It was supposed to arrive on March 7–8, but on March 6 at 8 a.m., a woman called me and said: “Your dog is dying, we actually thought it was already dead. I wrote you a message on WhatsApp, but we gave it sugar and it seems to have recovered a bit. Go pick it up and take it to a veterinarian if you want it to survive…” Then we went to pick up the dog 100 km from Warsaw. It was barely breathing. They told us it had just been running. We take the dog, go to a taxi, and they tell us: “Where is the money? Pay or we won’t let you take the dog. If it dies - you will deal with the transporter.” Then we went to a clinic and did tests. With 90% probability, it was a stroke, which led to severe neurological issues: the dog could not walk, eat, or drink, and was relieving itself while lying down. After the transport, it lost 30% of its weight, which has now caused gastritis, it also picked up parasites somewhere, and many other problems. Please, be careful and only trust animals to people you know personally. LEARN SPANISH QUICK huevones I think I have some credibility here, here’s some vids from my IG narrating at one of my jobsites; I run my company comms entirely in Spanish and probably speak an equal amount of English/Spanish in my day to day. I’m terrible compared to a native speaker but better than most gringos Here are some things that helped/help me, YMMV 1. Get your head right: -you have to adopt an extreme beginner’s mindset and be okay feeling and sounding like an idiot. You can’t learn without putting yourself out there, you won’t be able to rewire your brain otherwise 2. Related to point 1 - humor helps A TON. If you’re going to sound like an idiot, lean into it - you want people to bust your balls. Learn to joke and make people laugh (learning swear words and local idioms is a great way to do this) 3. Make it clear you want and welcome correction. Make it safe for people to make fun of you, repeatedly ask for feedback (“soy gringo menso, ayúdame por favor 🙏🏻”) 4. Once you lay that groundwork, here’s your first cheat code: pick a book like Harry Potter (something with a lot of dialogue) and get the physical book and audiobook. Carve out 15-30 mins/day to do the following: listen to 2-3 sentences, and then read the same segment OUT LOUD (en voz alta) and repeat. You’ll get a sense for where your accent needs tweaking. Pay attention to how your mouth feels: what shape does it take, what physical space do the words occupy etc, Do this every day, no excuses, no off days. Repetition breeds familiarity. 5. Find a practice buddy - if you’re single, dating apps are great for this (don’t cancel me for this, there’s no greater forcing function to modify behavior than romance) or if that’s not for you, use an online service to find a convo buddy (via WhatsApp/facetime). Again, you gotta put yourself out there and be ok sounding/feeling dumb. 6. Instagram accounts - like Maddie’s Mundo - for me the key here would be verbally repeating the stuff you see in the videos, NOT passively consuming them. Just like the audiobook hack: watch a video, verbally mimic it, watch again, copy it again, repeat repeat repeat 3. AI - I’m seeing some AI products that seem to allow you to have interactive verbal conversations. Seems very promising I’ll post some links and stuff below. Any other tips? If you’re going to sound like an idiot, lean into it - you want people to bust your balls. Learn to joke and make people laugh (learning swear words and local idioms is a great way to do this) 3. Make it clear you want and welcome correction. Make it safe for people to make fun of you, repeatedly ask for feedback (“soy gringo menso, ayúdame por favor 🙏🏻”) 4. Once you lay that groundwork, here’s your first cheat code: pick a book like Harry Potter (something with a lot of dialogue) and get the physical book and audiobook. Carve out 15-30 mins/day to do the following: listen to 2-3 sentences, and then read the same segment OUT LOUD (en voz alta) and repeat. You’ll get a sense for where your accent needs tweaking. Pay attention to how your mouth feels: what shape does it take, what physical space do the words occupy etc, Do this every day, no excuses, no off days. Repetition breeds familiarity. 5. Find a practice buddy - if you’re single, dating apps are great for this (don’t cancel me for this, there’s no greater forcing function to modify behavior than romance) or if that’s not for you, use an online service to find a convo buddy (via WhatsApp/facetime). Again, you gotta put yourself out there and be ok sounding/feeling dumb. 6. Do an English “fast” and put yourself in an environment with lots of speaking opportunities (eg take a 1 week vacation to CDMX and sign up for a bunch of tours and events away from English speakers). 1 week minimum, ideally 2. No English means no English. No calling or texting back home and breaking your fast. That’ll get you started. You can’t learn to speak without speaking. Reading and listening, IMO, sit in a far distant second place in the learning hierarchy Other stuff that wasn’t around when I started learning but that seems promising to me: 1. Duolingo - just kidding, this doesn’t seem to help anyone 2. Instagram accounts - like Maddie’s Mundo - for me the key here would be verbally repeating the stuff you see in the videos, NOT passively consuming them. Just like the audiobook hack: watch a video, verbally mimic it, watch again, copy it again, repeat repeat repeat 3. AI - I’m seeing some AI products that seem to allow you to have interactive verbal conversations. Seems very promising I’ll post some links and stuff below. Any other tips? So um, that first Wildcard+Thousands stream was... *amazing* and also... a *lot* 😅 In the end, it was *exactly* what we were hoping for - a true stress test of ALL these systems coming together for the first time. We are SO grateful for the thousands of people who showed up today to play, attend, tune-in and help us PLAYTEST all this new stuff. We can't wait to see you all again at NEXT WEEK'S EX2 EVENT! So, now let's talk about how it went... Stuff that worked: - Our community SHOWED UP. Oh boy did you show up 😅. Our servers were straining under the load... which is good actually, in fact it's the whole point. Even more importantly, we have already received insanely valuable feedback, bug reports, stuff people loved/hated - and it's only been a few hours since the stream ended. I can't even explain to y'all how valuable this process is. Yes it's stressful, it reminds me of trying to keep Words With Friends online during that first insane year, but it's EXACTLY what we were hoping for (NEED) to turn this into the polished, top-notch game and streaming experience we are on a mission to deliver. I truly can't thank y'all enough, and hope to see you again when we run it all back again next week 🥹 - The stream itself stayed up and was mostly stable! Phew 😅. For context, ThousandsTV is not a twitch wrapper, it's a web3-native streaming tech stack built we built specifically to connect game, web/mobile, and blockchain together all at the same time. There are a LOT of moving pieces going on behind the scenes. - We brought viewers INTO THE GAME! Viewers showed up in the stands of the arena, with connected wallets/assets, triggered actions/rallies from chat, and were seen and heard during the whole stream. - The brand new 2v2 build of Wildcard was (mostly) stable and our players and viewers seemed to be having a blast down on the field and up in the stands. It was thrilling to watch Team Blue dominate, even though Team Red held their own in game 3! - Our production crew did an insanely good job running the stream, managing the players, shoutcasters, and talent, and producing a top-notch show. Of course we will work hard to make every stream better than the last, but I was super proud of how our team "rolled with the punches" during today's event. Stuff that didn't work (and/or needs to be dramatically improved): - Although it's fun to see chat going crazy, chat spam is actually something we are passionate to FIX. As you can see from the attached video, chat spam dominated today's stream and made it impossible for anyone to even see anyone else's messages. We have some GREAT ideas for how to fix this and actually turn chat spam into a FUN and exciting and not annoying thing - but those improvements didn't get shipped in time for this event. - Credits purchasing flow needs a LOT of work. As I'm sure y'all know, bringing money on chain is pretty complicated, and although we've been working hard to make this as seamless as possible, it still needs a TON of improvements. Many users who WANTED to spend money today weren't able to and/or ran into frustrating bugs in the credit purchase flow. Fixing this is obviously a top priority for our team. - Rallies need a LOT of work. Spectator-interactive features like rallies are at the heart of our vision for Wildcard. These "stream apps", as we call them, are the UNLOCK for how spectators, viewers and fans directly connect and interact with their favorite competitors, content creators, and communities. The current rally feature HINTS at this potential, but it needs to be WAY easier to understand, use, and have fun with. Improvements are ON THE WAY. - Referees were only partially working. Referees are a key innovation of the Thousands platform. They are AI-driven "personalities" (NPCs) that pay attention to everything that's happening in the arena, both on the field and especially in the stands (i.e. in chat, during rallies, etc.) The referees then make "calls" at the end of every match, rewarding users for their engagement and participation. Unfortunately, the referees weren't fully functional and seemed to drop the ball on recognizing everyone's contributions (especially people who showed up holding valuable assets such as Wildpasses in their wallets, and people who boosted those rallies with credits.) What's happening next: 1. We are combing through ALL the logs from the event right now, to make sure we don't miss a SINGLE action that our viewers and fans took during the event, including what they brought in their wallets (i.e. Wildpass holders!), any credits that were purchased, rallies that users engaged with, etc. This information is normally processed by our referees, who then determine dynamically how they're going to distribute $WC awards. We were originally hoping to complete this process and the subsequent airdrops within a few hours after the event, but given the amount of data, we need a bit more time to run these scripts (and airdrops) in batches instead of all at once, and make sure ALL of the data is being included. IMPORTANT: I will keep y'all updated in real-time here on twitter/X as this process is ongoing, and let you know the moment it's complete and all the awards have been distributed (i.e. when to go check your wallets 😎) 2. Story of a Dollar Multi-Millionaire in Hubli Town, Karnataka In 1998 – as part of my MBA curriculum, I joined Hindustan Unilever distributor to complete my 2 months internship. The assignment was to introduced Coffee Tea vending machine in Hubli Town (Karnataka). The assignment had two components: Identify Potential places in Hubli to introduce these vending machines & Identify Business Partners to manage it. To make vending machine popular HUL had introduced a scheme. The scheme offers machine, coffee powder & tea bag absolutely free to Business Partners. The responsibility of Business Partners is to take care location rent, helper salary, electricity, safety of machine & ensure to generate business. Business Partner should pay Rs 1 per cup of Tea/ Coffee sold to consumer. I did identify the high floating population places, banks & hospitals. One of the famous place in Hubli with high floating population & people take a stroll to eat local snacks – Durgadbail, Hubli. My younger brother a diploma holder (incomplete) then was working for a TV Cable operator, his salary was Rs 1,500/ month. I checked with him if he is ready to take the risk of jumping into a business with no investment. He was not sure if this really works. He applied 15 days leave, hired a place & since he could not afford a helper, he decided to do all work on his own. Eatery carts, kiosk will be operational in the evening only.. 5 pm onwards there. But preparation does require half day work (idli, dosa, girmit & sweet sellers) Day1: my brother pulled the kiosk & machine to roadside, I also accompanied him to check the response. First day he sold I guess 200 odd cups of coffee/ tea. The number of cups kept increasing with days passed. It started to average out 800-1000 cups & during Ganesh Festival my brother managed to sell 3,000 cups. He started the work at 5.00 PM & returned home 3.00 AM. From 2,000/ month he started to earn 25,000 – 30,000 per month. He hired a helper later. His expenses were: Rent Electricity/ water Helper salary Disposable Cups Shop owner sensed the potential, terminated my brother’s rental contract & shop owner installed the vending machine after sometime. Now my brother is out of business – he had 2 options go back & work, start something of his own. He did had decent savings. He decided to start business of his own. It was not that easy – selling coffee/tea is no talent/ skill. He landed in Chickpet, Bengaluru. Placed the order for disposable cups. Initially he bought 10 cartoon boxes. Started slogging – went to many restaurants, hotels, caterers with disposable cup samples. It was not an easy thing, many didn’t even speak to him, few didn’t even allowed to get in. He was determined – over a period of time he managed to get good client base, hired a bigger place, helpers, bought 3 wheeler commercial auto. Slogged day night, worked for 6.5 days a week. Wednesday half day off. Formed a firm – Champion Enterprises. Bought a shop in prime location in Butter Market, Hubli. So far he was catering to retail & small hoteliers. He now planned to expand his business into wholesale & outside Hubli Town (North Karnataka). Business started growing leaps & bounds. Manufacturers from Delhi, Diu-daman, Mumbai, TN, Kundapur started visiting him.. Shop was not sufficient built a godown above our parents house (40x60 sq feet site)… business grew further, bought 2 more sheds in Gokul Industrial Estate. He turned a dollar millionaire - First in our family. Business continue to grow, today he is a multi-millionaire (dollar). Now bought 2 huge land in Tarihal Industrial Estate – he is now converting them into state of art warehouse. Manufacturers route all their dealers through him.. Concept of Mega Distributor in North Karnataka. His hard work overshadowed the skills, talent require to establish a mega business. Have 2 kids – Son meritorious student pursuing BBA, daughter in high school. Today he is a dollar multi-millionaire but still the same old simple Naveen – wear simple cloths, work 70 hrs weekly 🙂, eat home-made food.
