Can you guys post a ring alert about being down globally?! No one can access their cameras please take this serious and say and do something.

Rather than videos of cows, how about an update on the fact that everyone’s cameras are offline right now? Can’t even login to the site!🤬

My cameras have been down for 11+ hours. You guys post a video six hours ago about cows…? This is a perfect reason why you need to have built-in SD cards on every camera

Why are you being silent when your services are experiencing a major outage? That's just poor communication and decreases trust in your company especially when you specialize in security. You need to let your customers know what's going on and not just ignore them.

Yeah cows are nice BUT i need to use my cameras & the service i pay for is down! At the very least you could update people to save them going through all their settings trying to figure out what's wrong only to find out later (in the comments no less) that ring is down globally. Grrrrr
