RIP Arcads 🤯 I built a Claude skill that vibe-codes UGC ads on demand. One product + one prompt = the AI creator, the script, the scene-by-scene shot list, and finished video. All inside Claude. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who can't afford to keep paying $500-$1,500 per...

ChatGPT Images 2.0 + Seedance 2.0 is f*cking wild 🤯 I generated this 25-second UGC ad for Barebells in under 20 minutes: creator, script, scenes, finished cut. ChatGPT Images 2.0 generates the creator. Seedance 2.0 turns it into video. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who want to test 20 UGC angles before paying $2K per creator video. If you're briefing creator agencies every week, waiting 7-10 days for one take of one variation, and paying $150–$300+ per UGC video that still misses the brand vibe... This workflow eliminates the entire loop: → Generate your creator in ChatGPT Images 2.0 → Save her as a Character Element in Seedance so her face stays locked across every scene → Save your product as a Prop Element with brand-accurate wrapper details → Write a 3-scene script in real UGC dialogue cadence → Fire each scene to Seedance 2.0 with both elements selected → Stitch in CapCut with auto-captions, no music, hard cuts only No creator briefs. No 7-day turnarounds. No $200/video platform fees. What you get: → A finished UGC ad in your brand's voice → Infinite variations of the same concept (test 10 hooks against one product in an afternoon) → A reusable creator and product Element library that scales across every ad → A repeatable workflow your team can run in 15-30 minutes I put together a full playbook with the 5-step system, every prompt template, the Seedance scene structure, and every common failure mode and how to fix it. I just cracked the code on AI UGC ads 🤯 51 seconds long. One creator across the entire ad: same face, same voice, same product packaging in every single shot. Talking-head delivery, b-roll cutaways, voiceover running over the b-roll, and the creator moving through different settings. A fully edited, multi-shot ad that actually holds. If you've been stuck generating 8-second clips that look fine but fall apart the second you try to string them into a real ad, no character that holds, no voice that stays the same clip to clip, no product that survives more than one shot, this is the workflow you're missing. Here's exactly how I did it: → Pull a winning authority ad and rewrite the script for your product → Build your creator in ChatGPT Images 2.0 to match the exact buyer demographic → Lock the creator + product as reusable Elements so they stay identical across every shot → Break the script into single-scene shots so each one is a clean generation → Lock the voice on the first clip, then carry that same voice through every shot after → Tag your b-roll shots as voiceover so the line plays over the cutaway instead of lip-syncing → Edit in CapCut: cut the dead air, nudge to 1.1x → Drop the final cut in Captions, add subtitles, export Consistent character, consistent voice, consistent packaging — across talking head, b-roll, voiceover, and multiple settings. No character drift. No robotic voice swap. No disconnected 8-second clips. I put together the full step-by-step playbook with the exact ChatGPT Images 2.0 and Seedance prompts, the element-tagging setup, and the voice trick most people miss. This guy got Claude to take control of Arcads and generate hyperrealistic UGC ads with a consistent AI actor, from a 7-word prompt, and now e-com brands pay him $1,500 per video to clone the setup. He got tired of watching DTC brands burn $4K on a photoshoot that dies the second a product angle changes, so he built a 2-prompt workflow that turns one product photo into scroll-stopping UGC without a single model, camera, or casting call. Here's the exact breakdown: → Claude is the director, Arcads is the studio. You never write a real prompt, you write one sentence → Type 7 words: "create a character sheet of a UGC actress on Arcads." Claude expands it into a 40-line spec: warm skin tone, high ponytail, gold hoops, white AirPods, athletic build, then takes control of Arcads itself → Arcads renders a 6-angle character sheet: front, back, profile, 3/4, two portraits, one consistent face locked across all of them → You download the grid and drop it back into Claude with one product photo → Second prompt, 8 words: "use Seedance 2.0 on Arcads to create natural UGC" → Claude writes the full shot list: timecodes, "1:03 AM clock zoom," the trackpad scroll, the arm pull that drags the product into frame, "delivery: casual, energetic," "ends on a wink + air kiss" → Arcads cuts the yellow Vans print onto an actor who was wearing all black in the grid. Real fabric folds, real light, zero warping → Final render: lip-sync locked to consonants, head not glued to the camera, a girl filming at 1am on her bed The key move 96% of people skip: you can't put the product on the actor before you lock the character sheet. If you drop a product photo onto a face that isn't locked across angles, the identity drifts frame to frame. The jaw resets. The skin tone shifts. The print slides off the fabric. The whole thing screams "AI" and your CTR dies in the first 2 seconds. His system locks the 6-view sheet first, so Arcads has one real human to dress, and the top lands with natural folds even though the grid never had it. One apparel brand ran 20 variants off a single product photo and found a winner in 36 hours, because the clips read like organic UGC, not a studio ad. Brands now pay him $1,500 per avatar build + $340/month to keep dropping fresh video batches on every new product. The entire thing runs on two prompts and one laptop. No photographer. No model agency. No product samples on set. Just two sentences, one product photo, and the discipline to lock the character before you render a single second of movement.

I just vibe-coded a Meta ads tool that generates 100+ new static ad concepts in minutes 🤯 Pick a product, choose how many ads you want, and the AI creates 100+ unique concepts across completely different formats, not just remixes of one ad. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are tired of spinning the same 3 ad formats and need net-new concepts at scale. If you're spending hours briefing designers on new ad concepts, waiting days for a first round, getting back 4 options that all look the same, giving notes, waiting again... And then doing it all over again next week because you burned through the last batch. This tool eliminates the entire loop: → Ships with 17 pre-loaded concept formats (us vs. them, iMessage-style, bold billboards, authority figures, feature callouts, UGC product-in-hand, and more) → Each format has real ad examples baked in so the AI knows exactly what to generate → Select your product, load your customer avatars, pick how many ads you want → AI auto-selects the best concept mix for your product and audience → Preview the full concept plan before anything generates — remove or regenerate anything No waiting on designers. No recycling the same 3 templates. No generating 20 ads that all look identical. What you get: → 17 concept formats out of the box (disable any you don't want) → Upload your OWN ad formats with up to 10 examples — the AI learns and scales them → Every ad comes with the format, angle, target persona, hook, body copy, and full prompt → Multi-brand support with saved brand kits and customer profiles I recorded a full walkthrough showing the V2 concept generator in action, and I'm sharing ALL the Claude Code prompts I used to build it so you can do it yourself. Hermes + Claude + Higgsfield MCP + ViralBuilder = 💰💰💰 Four tools. One prompt chain. Hook to finished video in 10 minutes. I built a Claude skill that writes shot-by-shot Higgsfield prompts from a single creative brief. ViralBuilder tells you what's winning. The skill turns it into a production-ready prompt. Higgsfield renders it. No creative director. No guessing. No separate tools. Here is the setup: Higgsfield MCP → Open Claude Code → Settings → Connectors → Enter: → Connect your account Hermes → The agent layer running underneath Claude Code → It holds your skills, crons, memory, and routing rules → When you prompt Claude, Hermes feeds it the context it needs ViralBuilder (like Gethookd) → The winning ecom video database → Scrapes top performing ecom videos across platforms → Claude reads the data and extracts what styles, hooks, and formats are actually scaling The skill: video-prompt-builder → Installed inside Claude via Hermes → Takes a creative brief and outputs a full shot-by-shot prompt → Covers camera work, effects, transitions, pacing, and energy arc → Every output is structured for Higgsfield to render without ambiguity No switching apps. No export steps. Everything runs from one place. ▸ FIND WINNING CREATIVE ANGLES ViralBuilder tells you what the market already validated. Claude reads it and extracts the pattern. Prompts to run: "Search ViralBuilder for the top performing ecom videos in [niche] over the last 21 days. Extract the 3 dominant hook styles and rank by view velocity." "Pull the winning video formats in [niche] from ViralBuilder. Which opening 3 seconds appears most across videos spending over $10k?" "Find what video style is scaling right now in [niche] for the US market. UGC, talking head, or product demo. Filter for videos with over 1M views." "Pull the last 30 days of viral ecom hooks in [niche] from ViralBuilder. Cluster by emotional trigger. Which cluster has the most longevity?" You are not guessing at angles. You are reading what the market already spent money validating. ▸ BUILD THE PROMPT WITH THE SKILL This is where the video-prompt-builder skill takes over. You give Claude the winning angle. The skill outputs a complete shot-by-shot prompt with effects, transitions, pacing, and energy arc ready to fire into Higgsfield. Prompts to run: "Use the video-prompt-builder skill. Brief: 15-second UGC ad for [product] in [niche]. Hook style: [style from ViralBuilder]. Tone: direct to camera, US English. Output the full shot-by-shot effects timeline, effects inventory, density map, and energy arc." "Use the video-prompt-builder skill. The dominant hook in [niche] this week is [hook]. Build a 10-second product video prompt that opens with a speed ramp into a close-up product reveal. Include a signature visual effect and a low-density CTA landing." "Use the video-prompt-builder skill. Brief: replicate the pacing and energy of a [style description] video for [product]. Target duration: 20 seconds. Output all four sections. Then generate the video with Higgsfield using the shot-by-shot prompt." The skill outputs four sections every time: → Shot-by-shot effects timeline with camera, movement, and transitions per shot → Master effects inventory showing every technique used and where → Effects density map showing high, medium, and low intensity across the timeline → Energy arc describing how the video opens, builds, and lands That output goes directly into Higgsfield. No rewriting. No translating. ▸ GENERATE THE CREATIVE Claude writes the brief via the skill. Higgsfield MCP builds the video. Both happen in the same session. Prompts to run: "Use the video-prompt-builder skill to write a 15-second UGC prompt for [product]. Hook in the first 3 seconds, speed ramp into product reveal, slow-motion CTA landing. Then generate with Higgsfield in 9:16 format." "Build 3 prompt variations on this winning angle: [angle]. Each variation opens with a different effect — speed ramp, digital zoom, whip pan. Use the video-prompt-builder skill for each. Then generate all three with Higgsfield." "Use the video-prompt-builder skill. Brief: problem-solution ad for [product], 20 seconds, US market. Problem shot at high density, product reveal at medium, result and CTA at low. Generate with Higgsfield in 9:16." No separate tool. No file transfer. The video comes back in the same thread. ▸ CHAIN THE WHOLE STACK One prompt. All four tools firing together. "You are my ad creative director. Hermes has loaded my brand context. Pull the top performing video style in [niche] from ViralBuilder this week. Use the video-prompt-builder skill to write a full shot-by-shot prompt for [product] that replicates that style — 20 seconds, 9:16, US market, hook in the first 3 seconds. Output the effects timeline, inventory, density map, and energy arc. Then generate the video with Higgsfield." That single prompt replaces a half-day of production. The math before this stack: Brief: 30 minutes Script: 1 hour Creative production: 2 to 3 hours Agency or freelancer cost: $500 to $2,000 per creative With this stack: Hook to finished creative: 10 minutes Cost per creative: tool subscription, a fraction of agency rate 5 product tests in the time it used to take to brief one Bad product tests are where US ad budget disappears. $600 to $1,500 per failed test, before you even know if the angle works. This stack shows you what the market already validated before you spend a dollar on production. Hermes = your context layer. Brand, goals, past performance. Claude is always informed. ViralBuilder = your winning video database. See exactly what styles, hooks, and formats are scaling before you produce anything. video-prompt-builder skill = the translation layer. Turns a creative brief into a structured, production-ready Higgsfield prompt every time. Claude = the brain. Reads the market, writes the brief, chains the tools. Higgsfield MCP = the output. Video generated directly from the prompt. No export step. Four tools. One session. 10 minutes. Comment + RT "STACK" and I'll DM you the full workflow + the video-prompt-builder skill file.

Claude Code + Nano Banana 2 is f*cking cracked 🤯 I built a system inside Claude Code that researches any brand, writes 40 ad prompts from scratch, and fires them all to Nano Banana 2. One brand name + one URL = 40 production-ready static ads. All inside Claude Code. I took Alex Cooper's brilliant framework and automated the whole thing inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who need high-volume ad creative without briefing a designer or spending hours in Canva. If you're finding winning ad concepts on Meta and manually recreating them one at a time in Higgsfield — copying prompts, pasting product details, tweaking aspect ratios, downloading, organizing... This system eliminates the entire loop: → Give Claude a brand name and URL → It researches the brand's fonts, colors, packaging, and photography style → Builds a Brand DNA document from scratch → Fills in Alex's 40 proven ad templates (headline, us vs them, testimonial, UGC, review cards, stat callouts) with brand-specific details → Fires every prompt to Nano Banana 2 with your product photos as reference → Downloads finished ads into organized folders with an HTML gallery No Higgsfield. No manual prompt filling. No copy-pasting between tools. What you get: → 40 ad formats filled with your exact brand colors, fonts, and copy → 4 variations per format so you pick the best output → Product photos passed as reference so the model matches your real packaging → A reusable system — new brand, new folder, same pipeline Built 100% in Claude Code with Nano Banana 2. I put together a full playbook & Loom video showing the exact process to set this up yourself. Nobody's talking about the Claude trick that fixes every Seedance 2.0 video mistake. A cinematic action scene, an animated sequence, a product ad, and a dialogue scene are completely different types of content. Different camera language, different pacing, different reference logic. Most people try to force all of it through one universal prompt. The fix turns out to be simpler than expected: Claude Skills. It's not some secret hack. It's a file of instructions you load into Claude for one specific type of task. Once it's loaded, Claude stops acting like a general assistant and starts thinking like an expert in that one niche — with its own set of rules for that scene type. Here's what that looks like in practice: ▪ Cinematic skill — generates real camera language: dolly moves, crane shots, rack focus, shot discipline across multiple cuts. Test: a medieval battle between two armies, 15 seconds, dark fantasy. Result — three shots with the shot logic of an actual film, not just "epic battle" typed as text. ▪ Animation skill — locks in style and physics before a single shot is built. One test: a rain-soaked shonen fight in the style of Tokyo Revengers. Another: a quiet Ghibli-style farm scene. Same skill, completely different visual output — because the style gets fixed at the very top of the prompt. ▪ Product ad skill — keeps the product front and center in every shot: clean hero framing, commercial lighting, a full product description built from the reference image before any shots are generated. ▪ Dialogue skill — this is where most people fall apart. Lip sync, emotional direction, shot structure, and audio cues all have to work together. Test: an interrogation scene with a fourth-wall break — and the moment landed exactly as written, down to the pause and tone. The core idea is simple: instead of writing a prompt from scratch every time and hoping for the best, you build one skill per content type — and Claude asks the right setup questions (genre, tone, shot count, camera energy) before generating a fully structured Seedance 2.0 prompt. One prompt template for everything is exactly why 90% of AI videos look the same. This 13-minute video is free, and it's more useful than a $500 course. I just built a Brand Operating System inside Claude Cowork 🤯 A connected system of files that every skill automatically reads from, so your hook writer, brief generator, and script writer all speak in your exact brand voice. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies tired of generic AI output that sounds like every other brand in their category. If you're opening a new Claude chat and re-explaining your brand, re-pasting your voice guidelines, and re-describing your customers every single time, a Brand OS fixes the entire loop: → Build 3 foundation files once per brand → Every skill you create reads from the Brand OS automatically → Hook writer pulls your voice + customer pain points → Brief generator pulls your positioning + angles → Script writer pulls the brief + brand DNA → Every output is calibrated to your brand on the first pass No re-briefing Claude on every chat. No editing for an hour to fix generic AI phrasing. No creative that sounds like it could belong to any brand. What you get in the playbook: → The exact Brand OS file structure I use → Templates for all 3 files you can fill in for any brand → The architecture that makes every Claude skill 10x sharper → The exact setup for agencies running a Brand OS per client For agencies: this is how you build a perfect, reusable knowledge base for every client on your roster. Set up the Brand OS once per client, and every campaign after that is already calibrated. I put together a full playbook with the file templates, the architecture, and the exact setup process so you can build your own Brand OS for your brand or your clients. I just vibe coded a static ad generator in Claude Code that creates 100+ Facebook ads in minutes 🤯 All using the new insane ChatGPT Images 2.0 model. Upload one image of your brand or product → get 100+ brand-new ad concepts across every DR archetype, each one matched to a specific customer persona. Built 100% in Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who need to rapidly test mass creative statics at scale. Here's how it works: → Upload a single image of your brand or product → Add your brand kit (colors, fonts, logos) → Tool generates 10 customer personas from your brand research (Depleted Woman, Burned-Out Professional, Brain-Fogged Mom) → Pick how many concepts you want (40, 60, 100+) across archetypes — Bold Billboard, Listicle, iPhone Notes, iMessage, UI Hijack, Us vs Them, Press/Authority, Lo-Fi Sketch, UGC → Hit "Generate All" → finished ads render in seconds, each one targeting a specific persona with its own copy angle No more paying "static ad agencies" $3,000 per month. What you get: - 100+ on-brand static ads from a single product photo - Perfect product and text adherence powered by ChatGPT Images 2.0 - Persona-specific copy on every ad, no generic hooks - Iterate and scale statics in minutes instead of weeks - Reusable brand kits + persona libraries you build once and pull from forever - Every ad ships with the exact prompt and persona attached, so you can iterate instead of starting over. This is essentially a static ad agency in a box. I put together a complete playbook which includes EVERY single prompt I used to make this in Claude Code.
