Request Hon'ble Finance Minister @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc to take note of this tragedy that is unfolding. A person had died now. This exchange WazirX has locked users funds for no good reason. They lost half of users funds of $230m to theft due to either gross negligence or suspected collusion and are now withholding the balance. They also propose to use the balance funds to settle the losses under the false guise of equity and fairness. Can you imagine if a 50% of a bank's lockers were robbed and the bank tells the other 50% of locker holders that their contents will be used to partially settle the losses of the lockers that were robbed? We request the intervention of central agencies to investigate this nearly 2000 crore theft.
